Book 2: My Science Teacher Is a Witch Ugh, that's how I feel and that's also my name. I'm a Zombie going through an all-monster's summer school. I need to pass three classes this summer if I want to be able to make it into middle school next year. I already passed one class, a history class taught by a Skeleton. Now I need to pass a science class taught by a witch! I bet this class is going to be crazy, but I know that I'll still need to try my best in class because science isn't exactly my best subject...which could be why I'm in summer school... At least I have my friends Grunt and Snow to help me to stay entertained during and outside of class. They're really great pals, even though Grunt can be temperamental at times. My goals for this class are to pass, with both my brain and friendships intact. This month is going to be intense, I just know it! Book 3: My Gym Teacher Is a Blaze My name is Ugh, and I'm finally in my last month of my all-monsters summer school. I had to sign up for three months of summer school because I failed three classes in school last year. I already passed my history and science classes, but now I have to face my last challenge: gym class. I always skipped gym class during the school year, but now I need to show up every day if I want to pass the class and make it to middle school next year. This won't be easy because my gym teacher is a Blaze. Blazes are known to be pretty hardcore, and I doubt that I can get away with slacking in this class. My best friends, Grunt and Snow, won't even be there to help me because they'll be taking different classes this month. I'll have to make new friends or go at this alone if I want to make it through the month. I'm just wondering if a Zombie like me has what it takes to get through a gym class taught by a tough Blaze. He's a super old Zombie who I heard is really strict. I really doubt that he's going to make our English class super exciting. If it really stinks I might have to go back to my old ways of skipping class, but that's how I ended up in summer school last time, so I'll try my best to be cool and stay in class, but only if the teacher tries his best to be cool, too. I guess even if class is lame I'll have a lot of other cool stuff to do. Tibby just introduced me to one of her friends, so maybe I'll hang out with him sometime. This month already seems crazy, especially with Halloween and the school play coming up. There's so much going on, I just hope there's enough room in my diary to write all about it! Tom's journal has become his greatest companion through the days, as a wellspring of knowledge and guide that make his life in the island easier than one can imagine. Home is still a place that Bill wants to go back to and he still dreams of his life before the island. One day, he stumbles upon some visiting natives, a pair of tribal individuals who were visiting to gather some goods from the island. Bill asks for their aid to get back home but alas, it's due to the island's power that Bill can't go home just yet. In order to break the series of misfortune, Bill must find Tom in order to give the journal back; and only then can Bill truly get home. However, the big question is, where is Tom? With so many secrets sprawling about in the island and the promise of home becoming more and more complicated, Bill must rise to the occasion to prove that he can get through the obstacles presented to him.
