I use sound therapy and it works wonders too, like drums, Gregorian chanting music, and soft music. I also love light therapy with aroma therapy. I am happy to say I sleep well now. I've learned how to use energy properly; clear blockages, exercise regularly, forgive myself and others more quickly, and use visualization exercises and some non-habit forming natural remedies to help me fall asleep and stay asleep.
