These three questions continue to haunt human beings since ancient times and they are questions without any explanations. The important conclusions from the human genome test of the DNA coding sequence: The autosomes are not different between men and women. These conclusions irreversibly refute the traditional theory of evolution. We have raised this simple question to seven M.D./Ph.D. (including three professors) who specialize in biology: “Why are autosomes not different between men and women?” Invariably, their answer was either: “I cannot explain” or "I don't know". To me, as a computer engineer, the human genome is equivalent to a software package. If we are certain that the 2.9 billion codes of autosomes are not different between men and women, then the autosomes must be from the same source sequence of coding. I am sure that such a huge coding sequence must have a maker. He made the human genome. Now we can reach another conclusion: the first woman came from the first man by the fact that the 2.9 billion codes of autosomes are not different between men and women. The next conclusion is that the first man never came from a woman and he must have neither physical parents nor a regular physiological birth. This is a key to open the origins of mankind. DNA reveals to us the truth that God created life.

Collins, head of the Human Genome Project, is one of the world's leading scientists, working at the cutting edge of the study of DNA, the code of life. Yet he is also a man of unshakable faith in God. How does he reconcile the seemingly unreconcilable? In THE LANGUAGE OF GOD he explains his own journey from atheism to faith, and then takes the reader on a stunning tour of modern science to show that physics, chemistry and biology -- indeed, reason itself -- are not incompatible with belief. His book is essential reading for anyone who wonders about the deepest questions of all: why are we here? How did we get here? And what does life mean?

Recent genetic discoveries are uncovering surprising links between us and the peoples of old—links that rewrite race, ethnicity, and human history. Today’s Native Americans descend from Central Asians who arrived in the early A.D. era. Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob still have clearly identifiable descendants, albeit rare ones. Every people group on earth can genetically trace their origins to Noah and his three sons.

However, since DNA was discovered, we now understand the entire DNA coding sequence of humans is consistent and the difference is only one-thousandth. The theory of mathematics-probability tells us that it could not be the result of spontaneous generation. Therefore, the molecular biologist put forward that people of the whole world have the common grandfather- Y chromosome Adam theory; and the common grandmother-Eve theory. Do you agree? What is amazing is that there is no difference between man’s and woman’s 2.9 billion chromosomal DNA coding sequence, meaning that human DNA coding is from one individual. Only men have the complete set of the chromosome, so the source individual must be a man and the first woman was from the man. The first man had no carnal parents and it only could be Adam created by God. Due to the constancy of biological genome DNA coding, it is impossible for any species to have an evolution connection, not even microevolution. This is what is recorded in the Bible as “all living from each category”. It, therefore, can be seen that life’s DNA coding sequence is from God’s Creation. From our DNA, we could see that all the substances and lives in the universe are created by God. These scientific facts are totally consistent with the Biblical record and are objective evidence of the Christian faith.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Who are we? Where are we from? These questions have troubled people for centuries. Textbooks have long taught us that humans evolved from apes. Today, a new science, Molecular Anthropology, tells us that: nearly 7 billion humans in the world share a common grand, grand…father, the Y-chromosome Adam. And they also share a common grand, grand…mother, the Mitochondrial Eve. The difference in DNA coding is only one-thousandth between any persons in the world. After reading this book, you will be convinced that humans could not have been the result of Evolution. In 1987, Professor Allan Wilson’s research team at UC Berkeley proposed the “Mitochondrial Eve Theory” by DNA coding that all humans originated from one woman who lived about 200,000 years ago. In 1995, Drs. Dorit et. proposed the “Adam Theory” by DNA coding of Y-Chromosomal that all humans originated from one man. There are two kinds of DNA encoding in our body: chromosomal DNA and mitochondrial DNA. The chromosome consists of three types: autosome, Y chromosome, and X chromosome. The Eve Theory is founded on the mitochondrial DNA while the Adam Theory is founded on the Y chromosome. So what can we see from the autosome? The simple biological fact that “there are no differences between the autosomes of male and female”, tells us a striking truth that is: the autosome of all men in the world must come from only one original version, and cannot be produced randomly. Therefore, the authors of this book have established a “The only one Adam theory” by the consistency of autosomal DNA coding of men and women. All human beings on earth came from him and the earliest female ancestor came from this male ancestor. In addition, we also provide you with an answer which science cannot offer: Creationism.

Where do we come from? These two questions have troubled people for centuries. 150 years ago, Charles Darwin wrote two books: "On the Origin of Species" and "The Descent of Man, and Selection in Relation to Sex". In these two books, the theory of species evolution was proposed: all species are constantly evolving; the present people and all species are formed through natural selection. The basis of this theory is based on the comparison of biological forms. Now, knowing that all the genetic information of living things is completely determined with DNA, is evolution still correct? Did humanity evolve from apes? This book will answer these questions.

The book observes fraudsters operate unsafe human embryonic stem cell therapies and officialdom turns a blind eye to the immoral human embryonic stem cell research in China. The book highlights that both patent control and federal funding control are inefficient and ineffective way to monitoring human embryonic stem cell research. The book finally proposed an approach for china to regulating human embryonic stem cell research-regulating research itself at the reconciled international regime. The potential reader includes academics and practitioners dealing with intellectual property, patent law and stem cell inventions. The topic discussed will also be interesting to a broad readership, including experts, regulators, policy makers and medical researchers in both ethical and legal disciplines in the field of embryonic stem cell research.

Book excerpt: A major synthesis of homology, written by a top researcher in the field Homology—a similar trait shared by different species and derived from common ancestry, such as a seal's fin and a bird’s wing—is one of the most fundamental yet challenging concepts in evolutionary biology. This groundbreaking book provides the first mechanistically based theory of what homology is and how it arises in evolution. Günter Wagner, one of the preeminent researchers in the field, argues that homology, or character identity, can be explained through the historical continuity of character identity networks—that is, the gene regulatory networks that enable differential gene expression. He shows how character identity is independent of the form and function of the character itself because the same network can activate different effector genes and thus control the development of different shapes, sizes, and qualities of the character. Demonstrating how this theoretical model can provide a foundation for understanding the evolutionary origin of novel characters, Wagner applies it to the origin and evolution of specific systems, such as cell types; skin, hair, and feathers; limbs and digits; and flowers. The first major synthesis of homology to be published in decades, Homology, Genes, and Evolutionary Innovation reveals how a mechanistically based theory can serve as a unifying concept for any branch of science concerned with the structure and development of organisms, and how it can help explain major transitions in evolution and broad patterns of biological diversity.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book takes you along on a journey to make some sense out of man's history from the biblical days of Adam to present times. Specifically, it is about how the author views religion and along the way to show how religion is man-made and subject to man's whims and emotions, aspirations and vested interests, power and politics. It traces this journey from his baptism to renunciation, Sunday School to Vocation Camp, Roman Catholic to Agnostic, books to Google. It is a story that starts with a walk on the pious side, irregular excursions into the book world, romps in the wilderness, and now traversing the globe on a virtual journey in cyberspace. Like in every walk of life, there are ups and downs, heroes and villains, excitement and frustration. Most importantly, this is a personal exercise to reconstruct what he knows and brings to bear all his experiences, thoughts and beliefs in one single place as pieces of a puzzle. Uppermost is the constant search for the truth, which can often be found only in the spaces between black and white, dark and light, a claim and a lie. It is like mining for gold. As we often come to realise, truth is a funny thing. Sometimes, when we have found it, it is no more alluring. For many others, they cannot handle the stark realisation of their long-cherished but broken faith in what eventually turns out to be a falsity after all. The reader is urged to keep an open mind as a lot in this book may run counter to popular beliefs and widely-held "truths".

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The past few years have seen a revolution in our ability to map whole genome DNA from ancient humans. With the ancient DNA revolution, combined with rapid genome mapping of present human populations, has come remarkable insights into our past. This important new data has clarified and added to our knowledge from archaeology and anthropology, helped resolve long-existing controversies, challenged long-held views, and thrown up some remarkable surprises. The emerging picture is one of many waves of ancient human migrations, so that all populations existing today are mixes of ancient ones, as well as in many cases carrying a genetic component from Neanderthals, and, in some populations, Denisovans. David Reich, whose team has been at the forefront of these discoveries, explains what the genetics is telling us about ourselves and our complex and often surprising ancestry. Gone are old ideas of any kind of racial 'purity', or even deep and ancient divides between peoples. Instead, we are finding a rich variety of mixtures. Reich describes the cutting-edge findings from the past few years, and also considers the sensitivities involved in tracing ancestry, with science sometimes jostling with politics and tradition. He brings an important wider message: that we should celebrate our rich diversity, and recognize that every one of us is the result of a long history of migration and intermixing of ancient peoples, which we carry as ghosts in our DNA. What will we discover next?

Book excerpt: Lionel Attwell, a former highly successful national newspaper reporter, spent seven years investigating the Christian Church and discovered that it was built on a premeditated perversion of the original Hebrew/Greek Scriptures ingeniously mutated to fit its warped agenda and erroneous doctrines. In the process it created a pagan counterfeit Christianized Messiah. His research also reveals the incredible events which actually occured in the Garden of Eden: the forbidden fruit was a narcotic and aphrodisiac; when "high" Eve was seduced by Satan and gave birth to a child with mutated genes subsequently inherited by the whole of mankind. He also explains the causes of human disasters and suffering. This book will change your life.

Book excerpt: An in-depth study of humanity’s Anunnaki origins and the Anunnaki battle for an intelligent versus enslaved humanity • Explains the genetic engineering of humanity by an Anunnaki scientist Ninmah • Shows how the concepts of sin and the inferiority of women arose from Enlil’s will to keep humanity underdeveloped, clashing with Enki’s and Ninmah’s plan to make us equal in intelligence • Reveals how humanity’s long history of conflict was shaped by the battle between Enki and his brother Enlil Further developing the revolutionary work of Zecharia Sitchin, Chris Hardy shows that the “gods” of ancient myth, visitors from the planet Nibiru, created us using their own “divine” DNA--first through DNA extraction from their own ribs’ marrow and later by direct relations with early human females. Drawing upon multiple sacred texts, Hardy details the genetic engineering of humanity by Anunnaki scientist Ninmah, with the help of Enki and Hermes. She reveals how Ninmah’s first female human creation, Tiamat/Eve, contained more alien DNA than the earlier male one, Adamu, and how the biblical Noah represents the perfection of her work. Examining the war between Anunnaki brothers Enki and Enlil, Hardy reveals how the concepts of sin and the inferiority of women were born out of Enlil’s attempts to enslave and then wipe out humanity, repeatedly thwarted by Enki and Ninmah. The author further explains how the sacred sexuality taught to humans--still seen in Tantric practice--became suppressed millennia later by the patriarchal concept of original sin and how innocent Eve took the blame for the expulsion from Eden and fall from Grace. Showing that the god who created us was not the same god who expelled us from Eden, Hardy explains that there will be no apocalypse because the Good/Evil duality has never truly existed--it has been only enemy gods fighting and implicating humanity in the wake of their own competition for power. With a full psychological understanding of how the ancient “gods” have shaped humanity’s ongoing history of conflict, we can move beyond the framework of “(my) Good versus (your) Evil” imposed by Enlil and begin to steer our own planetary destiny.

Book excerpt: Addressing the intense debate in science and religion in light of evolutionary population genetics, Andrew Ter Ern Loke argues that the theory of evolution as understood by mainstream scientists is compatible with Scripture. Loke asserts that resolving this area of perceived conflict would greatly benefit both scientific and religious communities, and contribute to the spiritual quest of humankind. Whilst affirming that the Bible should be interpreted according to proper hermeneutical principles such as considering the literary genre, literary context, meaning of words, grammatical relationship, and the background and concerns of the ancient authors, this book also assesses the scientific data according to proper mainstream scientific methodology. Having accomplished these tasks, it proposes a model which argues that all humans today have Adam as common ancestor even though this ancestor is not our sole ancestor.

An analysis of the Creation texts in Genesis using current scientific knowledge shows a Creator intimately involved with perfecting His work. Gone, too, is any possibility for spontaneous evolution, yet Adam may have been selected from a pool of near-human creatures. How he was different from these, and what has been their fate is part of this analysis. In Genesis, Faith and Science: Let There Be Light, Russ Breighner specifically relays the plea of the current pope, Pope Benedict XVI, who makes a case for the squaring of science and religion. The pope accepts the Big Bang theory and the science of an evolving cosmos, holding that "no laws were miraculously broken." Science and faith are complimentary paths to discovering truth. Any animosity between them is out of place.
