Forscht man in dieser Richtung weiter, so stößt man unweigerlich auf den Begriff „Corporate Social Responsibility“, kurz CSR. Wie diese freiwillige Verantwortungsübernahme von Unternehmen konkret aussieht und welche Bedeutung der beruflich-betrieblichen Weiterbildung bei der Umsetzung ebendieser zukommt, soll in der Arbeit geklärt werden. Diesbezüglich wird im Anschluss eine Einführung folgen, in der generell erläutert wird, was man unter dem Begriff Corporate Social Responsibility versteht. In diesem Kapitel wird sich vor allem auf die Definition der Europäischen Kommission berufen. Anschließend werden im nächsten Kapitel zwei Konzepte von CSR vorgestellt, bei den Konzepten handelt es sich einmal um das Human Resource Management sowie um den sogenannten Global Compact. Die beiden sich anschließenden Kapitel beschäftigen sich mit der eigentlichen Fragestellung dieser Arbeit, nämlich damit, welche Rolle die beruflich-betriebliche Weiterbildung bei der Umsetzung von genannten CSR-Konzepten in Unternehmen einnimmt. In dem Kapitel MBA Sustainability Response wird anhand eben dieses MBA-Studiums die besondere Rolle von beruflich-betrieblichen Weiterbildungen verdeutlicht. Zum Schluss wird ein Resümee gezogen, in welchem eine letzte kritische Auseinandersetzung mit den Konzepten der Corporate Social Responsibility und deren Umsetzung durch beruflich-betriebliche Weiterbildung stattfinden soll.

Parallel verändert sich die Arbeits- und Lernorganisation in Unternehmen aufgrund gesellschaftlicher, wirtschaftlicher und politischer Wandlungsprozesse. Neben den traditionellen Formen des Lernens etabliert sich zunehmend die Nutzung informeller bzw. erfahrungsbezogener Lernprozesse. Reischmann hat die Bedeutung des informellen Lernens bereits 1995 erkannt und "als Nebenergebnis von anderen Geschehnissen im Lebenslauf" beschrieben. Diese Art des Lernens wird im Rahmen moderner beruflicher Bildungskonzepte stärker in den Mittelpunkt gestellt. Lernen im Lebenslauf und Lernen im Prozess der Arbeit gewinnen immer mehr an Bedeutung. Beide Schwerpunkte werden in dieser Arbeit analysiert und auf Möglichkeiten der Verknüpfung untereinander untersucht. Bestehende Konzepte der Durchführung von CSR-Maßnahmen werden in Bezug auf die Nutzung im Sinne moderner beruflicher Qualifizierung und Kompetenzentwicklung analysiert.

This book aims to contribute to design methods and their implementation for innovative future products. The main focus is the crucial data-driven, agile, and flexible way of working. Four topics are covered in corresponding chapters, Methods for Product Development and Management, Methods for Specific Products and Systems, Facing the Challenges in Product Development and Model-Based Engineering in Product Development. This publication starts with the agile strategic foresight of sustainable mechatronic and cyber-physical systems, moves on to the topics of system generation engineering in development processes, followed by the technical inheritance in data-driven product development. Product improvements are shown via agile experiential learning based on reverse engineering and via combination of usability and emotions. Furthermore, the development of future-oriented products in the field of biomechatronic systems, sustainable mobility systems and in situ sensor integration is shown. The overcoming of challenges in product development is demonstrated through context-adapted methods by focusing on efficiency and effectiveness, as well as designer-centered methods to tackle cognitive bias. Flow design for target-oriented availability of data and information in product development is addressed. Topics of model-based systems engineering are applied to the function-driven product development by linking model elements at all stages and phases of the product. The potential of model-based systems engineering for modular product families and engineering of multidisciplinary complex systems is shown.
