Es kam zu Krieg, weil man sich nicht friedlich einigen konnte - doch vielleicht hätte man den Konflikt ohne Gewalt lösen können?! Es wird von Amokläufen in Schulen berichtet, deren Auslöser oft ein vergangener Konflikt mit den Eltern oder Mitschülern voran ging. Nachbarn, die vor Gericht prozessieren, weil sie nicht mehr miteinander reden können; der einst liebende Ehemann, der seine Frau wegen eines Missverständnisses oder bevorstehender Scheidung und Streit um das Sorgerecht der Kinder, im schlimmsten Fall, tötete oder misshandelte; jahrelange Freunde, die nun getrennte Wege gehen, Arbeitskollegen, die dasselbe Ziel verfolgen aber den Anschein nach nicht gemeinsam umsetzen können; usw. Im täglichen Zusammenleben und Zusammenarbeiten von Menschen kann es immer zu Konflikten kommen, die aber nicht immer eskalieren müssen. Den Menschen ist es meist möglich, ihre Konflikte selbst zu lösen. Doch was ist, wenn die beiden Streithähne nicht mehr in der Lage sind, den Konflikt ohne Hilfe lösen zu können? Sind es die einzigen Lösungen, wenn beide getrennte Wege gehen oder wenn sie vor Gericht prozessieren um ihre Interessen durchsetzen zu können? Es geht auch anders. Mit Hilfe der Mediation, die seit Jahren immer mehr zum Einsatz kommt und auch große Erfolge erzielt. In meiner Hausarbeit beschäftige ich mich mit den Fragen: Was ist ein Konflikt? Wie entstehen Konflikte zwischen Menschen? Gibt es typische Verhaltensmuster in Konfliktsituationen? Weiter möchte ich auf die Mediation eingehen und diese im Allgemeinen vorstellen.

Wann ist Mediation anwendbar und wann stosst dieses Verfahren auf Hindernisse, so dass die Mediation zu scheitern droht? Die Streitenden sollten nicht versuchen, Sieger zu sein, um das letzte Wort zu haben, sondern gemeinsam aus dieser Situation herausfinden konnen. Eine Relevanz dieses Themas ergibt sich meiner Meinung nach dadurch, dass zum einen Konflikte meist als storend, destruktiv und schmerzvoll erlebt werden. Deswegen versuchen viele Menschen, diesen Situationen auszuweichen. Haufige Reaktionen auf Konflikte sind die Vermeidung oder sogar die Flucht, denn Streitigkeiten enden nach unserem Empfinden meistens unbefriedigend und fuhren oftmals zu einer Verschlechterung gegenseitiger Beziehungen. Oft ist zu horen: Wir streiten uns nie, oder Ich gehe lieber dem nachsten Streit aus dem Weg. Eine Auseinandersetzung mit dem Konflikt kann aber helfen, sich selber und andere besser zu verstehen. Die Mediation kann einen Beitrag dazu leisten, Sackgassen der Konfliktlosungen zu vermeiden. Zum anderen gibt es Konflikte uberall, ob privat oder beruflich: Sie warten in jeder Situation auf uns, denn wir leben in einer Zeit, die sich rasant verandert. Dabei stossen wir auf Widerstande, die Zundstoff fur Konflikte sein konnen. This study describes the continued interaction between the various text signals and the ‘co-operative reader’ who attempts to achieve a coherent reading. This type of an ideal reader alludes to the concepts of reception theorists W. Iser and U. Eco and is applied here for the benefit of the narratives of the Old Testament. A second main part 4demonstrates systematically the narrative tools of guiding the reader within the wilderness narratives. This approach emphasises the dynamic character of the interpretation of the text. In this way, the author re-evaluates for example text structures, blanks or duplicates by weighing up their significance and relevance for the reading process. Die Wüstenerzählungen Ex. 15:22-17:7 und Num. 11:1-20:13 sind von markanten Wiederholungen wie auch von stilistischen und inhaltlichen Brüchen geprägt. In der vorliegenden Untersuchung wird fortlaufend die Interaktion der unterschiedlichen Textsignale mit einem `kooperierenden Leser ́ beschrieben, der trotz aller Lesestörungen bemüht ist, eine kohärente Lektüre zu erzielen.
