Correlation between the wind-tunnel and flight-test aerodynamic results is generally good when wind-tunnel wall corrections are omitted; in some cases wall corrections are shown to degrade the correlation. The aircraft and wind-tunnel geometry are related to model-tunnel sizing parameters and a VTOL lift parameter, in order to establish tentative sizing criteria for V/STOL wind-tunnel testing with small wall effects.
