Discovered Anne and Howard at breakfast table. During the following dialogue Fanchon Bijou, an interested listener and spectator, carries dishes to the kitchen, L. U. E. Witherbee (rising, coming forward and picking up his gloves). I've had enough of science, I say! Anne (tearful, but firm). I'm trying to run my house as efficiently as you run your office. Witherbee. See here, my dear girl, office efficiency is not house efficiency.
