Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: What was Jesus main passion? What occupied the centre of his message? What did he really teach and preach? There was nothing more central, passion-driving, and life-consuming for Jesus than the message of the kingdom. It must be noted that things like healing and the casting out of demons were all the integral part of the message of the kingdom. Jesus never classified them as a ministry of their own. The Lords pattern in ministry reveals this: And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people (Matt. 4:23). Jesus was teaching the message of the kingdom, declaring I am a king whose kingdom does not take its root from the social, economic, and the political structure of this world. In response to the question as to whether Jesus is a king, he admitted so by saying, To this end was I born. In other words, the only major reason why I am born is to be a king. The wise men from the East did not come looking for a child but for a king that was born. The famous prayer starts with Thy kingdom comethe kingdom of God can as well be described as that moral and spiritual kingdom which the God of grace is setting up in this fallen world, whose subjects consist of as many as have been brought into hearty subjection to his gracious authority, and of which his Son Jesus is the glorious head. This book seeks to explain, explore, and provide insight into the present spiritual reality of the kingdom of God.

Now, in Kingdom Principles, the second book in the "Kingdom" series, Munroe insists that we cannot appropriate and enjoy the benefits of God's kingdom until we understand how it operates. As you study such principles as the Kingdom concepts of kings, lord, territory, law, citizens, royal privilege, culture, economy and others, prepare for your thinking about God's kingdom and mankind's destiny to be radically transformed. Kingdom Principles will help you learn to think and act like a Kingdom citizen and the ruler God intended you to be. It will infuse your life as a believer with a new sense of excitement and purpose.

Book excerpt: Understanding the Kingdom of God provides the answers to clarify the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven. Furthermore, this book launches a challenge to the contemporary church regarding changes it must make to go from a weak Christianity to become an overcoming church that can transform society. With profound theology but in simple language, Torres illuminates the present and eschatological concepts of the Kingdom and the need for the church and you as an individual to understand the calling, the power, the glory, the integrity, the ethics, and the challenges before us to establish the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in Heaven. No other topic is mentioned so frequently in the gospels as the Kingdom of God. Indeed on the pages of this book we can understand that the theme that unifies the biblical revelation in its entirety is centered on the concept of the Kingdom of God. Understanding the Kingdom of God has been endorsed by: "While the Church of the XXI century continues to march to do the great commission of discipling nations, certain truths have come to be relevant in our day. The "Gospel of the Kingdom" is one of them. With great clarity, depth and good balance, Hector Torres invites us to go beyond our religious formulas and anemic Christianity, to the true heart of our mission: to see the Kingdom of God penetrate every nation and culture of the land. Understanding the Kingdom of God is a treasure!" --APOSTLE DUTCH SHEETS Author of: Tell Your Heart to Beat Again, Intercessory Prayer, and How to Pray for Your Lost Loved Ones "How important and necessary it is to have books like "Understanding the Kingdom of God"! Dr. Hector Torres breaks it down, in great detail, the mysteries, authority and power of the Kingdom to change nations. I believe that the leaders, who are at the forefront of God's movement in the 21st century, must know and read this book, as it is one of the most complete books about the Kingdom of God, available to the Christian community. I highly recommend it, as it will bless the lives of those who receive this treasure." --Dr. GUILLERMO MALDONADO Ministerio Internacional El Rey Jesus Miami Florida "Jesus told his disciples to pray that the Kingdom of God come to earth and that His will be done on earth as well as it is in heaven. Hector Torres does an excellent job presenting what the Kingdom of God means, so when you read this book, you will get a new perspective on the Kingdom. This book comes at a precise moment when the Holy Spirit is embarking believers to have a broad mindset and a vision of the Kingdom. Thank you, Hector, for making these truths of the Kingdom of God accessible to the Body of Christ." --DR. BILL HAMON Founder and President of Christian International Ministries Network "In a time of transition, the Lord raises voices that may be heard. That is what he has done with Hector Torres. In this book, Understanding the Kingdom of God, Torres navigates a route that will lead the Church out of the confusion into a clarity that awaits us in the new apostolic era. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The fruit of many decades of study and teaching, 'The Kingdom of God' provides an impressive, systematic treatment of the doctrine of the Kingdom of God. It is a comprehensive review of this crucial symbol, as well as a careful analysis of its meaning, and a creative interpretation of the Kingdom motif for the church and Christians in our age. 'The Kingdom of God begins by analyzing the background of this idea in Hebrew scripture and tradition, and in the preaching of Jesus. Fuellenbach explores how this elusive phrase presents a specific, comprehensive view of reality, and a goal for transforming the world. In Fuellenbach's reading, the Kingdom forms the core of Christian faith and the reference point of all theology, spirituality, and apostolic activity. Fuellenbach pays special attention to the relationships among Kingdom, Church, and World, arguing that with the Kingdom, Jesus proclaimed a vision that embraces God, humankind, and the whole of creation in the single most comprehensive vision of reality imaginable. 'The Kingdom of God' is balanced and nuanced in its scholarship, but also vigorous and courageous in taking positions sure to provoke debate. For example, Fuellenbach argues that the word Kingdom is to be preferred over the word Reign, despite critiques that find the word problematic in its patriarchal connotations. Designed for and tested in classrooms worldwide, The Kingdom of God will be particularly useful in both scripture and theology courses. It holds much food for thought for religious educators, pastoral workers, clergy, and others who wish for a clear, systematic understanding of Jesus' vision of the Kingdom now and to come.

Book excerpt: In the last hundred and fifty years the kingdom of God has emerged as one of the most important topics in theology, New Testament studies, and the life of the church. But what exactly is the kingdom of God? What does it mean for the people of God and what does it mean for how they live in the world? In The Kingdom of God, part of the Biblical Theology for Life series, Nicholas Perrin explores this dominant biblical metaphor, one that is paradoxically the meta-center and the mystery in Jesus' proclamation. After survey interpretations by figures from Ritschl to N. T. Wright, Perrin examines the "what, who, and how" questions of the kingdom. In his sweepingly comprehensive study, Perrin contends that the kingdom is inaugurated in Jesus' earthly ministry, but its final development awaits later events in history. In between the times, however, the people of God are called to participate in the reign of God by living out the distinctly kingdom-ethic through hope, forgiveness, love, and prayer. X

If He made so many references to the Kingdom of God, it is then our responsibility to learn how to live in the Kingdom of God. It is the only way we can prosper and live in victory; for the Scriptures say that our citizenship is in heaven (Philippians 3:20). In this publication, we will explore five foundational principles for the Christian life as citizens of God's kingdom. In understanding these concepts, one will live a successful life on the Christian journey
