The casebook draws upon an outstanding range of case opinions, including those from seminal cases as well as recent and provocative disputes. The text uses a two-color design and includes a wonderful selection of photographic images. Each chapter begins with an introduction that captures themes and issues that run throughout and ends with a bulleted summary of the law. Moreover, the problems and exercises train students to think of real-world applications of the material, just like the NextGen format.
