Después de cuatro años de operación, el Fondo ha ganado reconocimiento dentro y fuera del Banco por ser un instrumento catalizador de innovación y buenas prácticas en materia de acceso a la información y transparencia focalizada. En este informe se recogen algunas de las experiencias y lecciones aprendidas en cinco países (Argentina, Brasil, Colombia, Ecuador y Guatemala) con apoyo directo del Fondo.
