In my recent publication, "Patent and Trade Mark Laws of the World," I endeavored in a brief manner to provide an epitome of the trade mark laws, but I found it impossible in a work of that character to devote the space to it which its importance demanded, hence this publication, for which I have been collecting data during the last quarter of a century.
