Book excerpt: Do you know what Prosperity feels like? Is it solely experienced on a physical level when you are surrounded by symbols of wealth and riches? Or is it a peaceful state of mind without any worries, illness, or stress? One thing is for sure . . . there is an unlimited supply for anyone willing to understand the principles that shape your perception of prosperity and wealth. Understanding that supply means more than just meeting our need for air, food, water, and shelter. Ingraham helped the world to see the spiritual side of supply as the inner foundation of peace and happiness from within. These are the principles E.V. Ingraham (1882-1978) wrote about in WELLS OF ABUNDANCE while active at Unity Village in Lee's Summit Missouri over 80 years ago. He joined the staff at Unity School in 1919 and organized the Sales department that supplied literature to Unity centers. This is where he soon became acquainted with Douglas DeVorss, who was the Unity Sales Director before he founded DeVorss & Company in Los Angeles in 1929. Originally published in 1938, WELLS OF ABUNDANCE was written during an era when most books referred to people with masculine references and pronouns without implying that one gender was more entitled or more deserving than the other. In this updated edition, DeVorss Publications has enhanced the meaning by making subtle changes that allow the message to be all-encompassing for all readers.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Healthy Past 100 was written explicitly for those longing to be extraordinarily healthy—even past their 100th birthday. This breakthrough book is based on thousands of cutting-edge science articles identifying the causes of optimal health vs sickness and disease. Healthy Past 100 puts a wealth of cutting-edge, science-based healthcare information at your fingertips, empowering you to make the healthiest choices for you and your family. Healthy Past 100 is several books in one, and it also contains a mouthwatering keto cookbook that's exclusively based on the most nourishing ingredients you can consume. This life-changing book is based on the Short List, i.e., a distillation of the core factors involved in being healthy past 100. The Short List includes: The Metabolic Masterplan Diet: the Metabolic Masterplan Diet may be the world's most advanced ketogenic diet. Nothing improves your health as much as following this research-based, anti-inflammatory, gut-healing ketogenic diet. Nutrition and Supplements: providing your cells with all the nutrients they require to function optimally is key to a long, healthy life. Healthy Past 100 shows you exactly which nutrients you need and which ones to supplement with. Metabolism: carbohydrates and sugar damage your metabolism (the process of creating energy in your cells), causing serious health issues. Healthy Past 100 teaches you to heal and optimize your metabolism, and which tests to rely on to know—not guess—that your metabolism is as healthy as can be. Chronic Inflammation: this widespread health issue underlies all diseases, and must be healed to experience optimal health. Healthy Past 100 rids you of chronic inflammation—now and forever—paving the way to lasting health. Gut Health: most humans deal with significant gut issues. Fortunately, Healthy Past 100's innovative gut healing method leads to lifelong optimized gut health. Psychology: psychology is how you think, feel, act, behave and respond to life's circumstances. Healthy Past 100 provides the tools to heal and optimize your psychology, which is foundational to a healthy, fulfilling life. Thyroid Physiology: inefficient thyroid physiology impairs your body and mind, zaps your energy and causes many diseases. Healthy Past 100 explains how thyroid physiology works, how to heal it, and the tests determining if it's in tip-top shape. Exercise: crucial to your health and well-being, exercise must be performed regularly. Healthy Past 100 teaches you which exercises help you become healthy past 100. Detoxification: humans are routinely exposed to dangerous heavy metal toxins. Healthy Past 100 shows you how to rid these harmful metals from your body and minimize your exposure to them in the future. Oxidative Stress: oxidative stress is a primary cause of aging, sickness, disease and death. It has many causes, including carbohydrates, sugar, poor nutrition and impaired gut health. Healthy Past 100 helps you optimize oxidative stress where it matters most: within the mitochondria in your cells. Spiritual/Religious Life: extraordinary health stems from optimal physical, psychological and spiritual well-being. It's just as important to focus on your spiritual fitness as it is to heal your physical body, and Healthy Past 100 helps you do both. This pioneering book has been written to help you experience extraordinary health past your 100th birthday. If you're ready to be healthy past 100, this is the book you've been waiting for!

Book excerpt: There is talk of an upcoming antibiotic armageddon, with untreatable post-operative infections, and similarly untreatable complications after chemotherapy. Indeed, the now famous “O’Neill Report” (https://amr-review.org/) suggests that, by 2050, more people might die from antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections than from cancer. While we are still learning all the subtle drivers of antibiotic resistance, it seems increasingly clear that we need to take a “one health” approach, curtailing the use of antibiotics in both human and veterinary medicine. However, there are no new classes of antibiotics on our horizon. Maybe something that has been around “forever” can come to our rescue—bacteriophages! Nevertheless, it is also necessary to do things differently, and use these new antimicrobials appropriately. Therefore, an in-depth study of bacteriophage biology and case-by-case applications might be required. Whilst by no means comprehensive, this book does cover some of the many topics related to bacteriophages as antimicrobials, including their use in human therapy and aquaculture. It also explores the potential use of phage endolysins as substitutes of antibiotics in two sectors where there is an urgent need—human therapy and the agro-food industry. Last but not least, there is an excellent perspective article on phage therapy implementation.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: and In the IAU Symposium of 1979 devoted to interstellar molecules [8]. Excellent relevant monographs [ 9. 10] . related timely proceedings [ 11] . and recently published elementary textbooks [12. 13] further help to define the pedagogical scope of molecular astrophysics. A significant financial investment has been made in the establishment of ground- and satellite-based observationai facilities for molecuiar astrophysical studies. In the coming years. a wealth of experimental data is bound to accumulate. in which connection close interactions between observers. astrophysical modeliers. and molecular physicists and chemists can play a helpful role in analysis and interpretation. In view of the increasing pace of activity in the field of molecular astrophysics. and in the apparent absence of relevant international meetings since the Liege 1977 and IAU 1979 Symposia. it was deemed appropriate and timely by the organizers to hold a workshop in 1984. Consequently. the NATO Advanced Research Workshop. "Molecular Astrophysics State of the Art and Future Directions". was organized and held at Bad Wlndshelm. West Germany. from 8 to 14 July 1984. The choice of speakers and subject matter of the Workshop was largely subjective. but designed to include most of the generally accepted areas of molecular astrophysical study. Workers from the fields of radio. infrared. and uv-optlcal observations. astrophysical modelling. laboratory spectroscopy. reaction chemistry. collision physics. and theoretical molecular physics and chemistry. were Invited to present survey lectures In their areas of speciality. In addition.
