What are the origins of this stereotype of Russia as a society fundamentally apart from nations in the West, and how accurate is it? Poe traces the roots of today's perception of Russia and its people to the eyewitness descriptions of sixteenth- and seventeenth-century European travelers. His fascinating account—the most complete review of early modern European writings about Russia ever undertaken—explores how the image of "Russian tyranny" took hold in the popular imagination and eventually became the basis for the notion of "Oriental Despotism" first set forth by Montesquieu. Firstly because I wanted to help, in Good, the Karma of this World, because Illuminati and Enlightenment are spoken of in negative terms, and secondly because Illuminati comes from Enlightenment, and true Enlightenment cannot bring the Evil, nor can it be the Evil, vile. True Enlightenment must be based only on Good and never on bringing the Evil as the supreme Wickedness. Therefore, in order to improve the Karma of Mankind, I show that Enlightenment does not consist in Wickedness but in combating Wickedness. The enlightened ones cannot be a hidden group of people who lead humanity out of the shadows committing all sorts of evils and abuses to maintain power.These people are by no means Enlightened but Dark. If there really are some in such a situation then they use the term Illuminati or Enlightened falsely. How, just as Dark are those who dirtyly attack on the true Illuminati or Enlightened only out of obscure interests of a religious nature, for fear that the Enlightened ones might open the souls of the People and show them the Way to the Truth from which some high prelates that are at the head of certain churches flee, who are afraid that, if the Truth would be found, they will lose both their financial and their decision-making power. I believe that the future will belong to those truly Enlightened, the true Illuminati. A thing is to use Evil to bring through it, Good and another is to use Evil to bring through it the Wickedness. The true Enlightened and not Dark are those who understand that the Evil can only be used for Good when he can do it, and the Good only for the Evil less Evil, when the Good itself can lead to destruction, disaster or pain. The real Bad People, the Dark Ones, are the ones who use both Good and Evil to do as much as possible Evil and not Good. Mankind must understand that the Evil and Good, the God and the Devil are an Entity with two distinct characteristics, an Entity that defines our True God, that is, our Creator Factor and Unique-Incidentally. Therefore, in order to improve the Karma of this World, we will have to pray to the Universal Consciousness formed by the Universal Pure Language.That is, to pray to the Divine Light of all the Worlds, the Supreme God of Intelligence, which to inspire our thoughts so that to use in moderation both Good and Evil, for the ultimate purpose of doing and bringing through us as much as possible Good. Why didn't I let in continuation the name of the Illuminati Bible and to this new, much deeper work of the Bible and call it the Illuminati Bible of Divine Light ? Because compared to the other book called the Illuminati Bible, the Illuminati Bible of Divine Light contains in addition to the content of that book many other new chapters that appeared with the new Wisdom Collections or with the final form of the Coaxialism.(Sorin Cerin)

In February, 1993, a gun battle erupted outside Waco, Texas, as federal agents attempted to search the communal residence of a religion known as the "Branch Davidians," led by a David Koresh. The battle, and the following siege, was the greatest law enforcement debacle in American history. The taking of a wooden building, largely filled with women and children, cost the lives of four agents and nearly nearly ninety civilians. For years the Waco issue seemed dead--as dead as the people who died there. Then in 1999, the Waco issue exploded, with proof that the Federal agencies had lied to their own leadership, to Congress, and to the courts. The Attorney General herself proclaimed that she had been deceived. U.S. Marshals searched FBI headquarters in an unprecedent move, uncovering videotapes that supposedly did not exist. An Assistant U.S. Attorney was indicted. The turnaround was not brought about by political institutions, media, or any other traditional powerbase. It was caused by three individuals -- an insurance salesman turned documentary maker, an attorney practicing solo, and an eccentric "spook" with sources in the intelligence community. "This Is Not An Assault" explores this remarkable turnabout. It is authored by someone who saw it from the inside, a former government attorney whose lawsuit forced government agencies to divulge the incriminating documents and tapes, and who debated and cornered FBI´s spokeman on Nightline the night before Attorney General appointed a Special Counsel. The evidence was startling. We now know, from the ATF´s and FBI´s own files, that: David Koresh could easily have been arrested without bloodshed. Nine days before the raid and gun battle, he went shooting with two ATF undercover agents. He was unarmed until one of the agents loaned him a pistol. The ATF daily report discussing the event is reprinted in the book. The opportunity for a peaceful and bloodless arrest was passed over precisely because the agency needed a spectacular raid to divert attention from internal scandals. The agency organized a visually impressive paramilitary raid as a manner of stage production. The raid went in in broad daylight; many agents did not bother to bring spare ammunition; the snipers donned elaborate camouflage, but were dropped off, in daylight, by a white Bronco. Immediately after the raid, efforts were made to destroy all the evidence that might indicate who had begun the battle. The agency explained that every one of the three or four videocameras facing the front of the building had malfunctioned, and the only still camera was (according to an ATF affidavit) stolen from a table in room full of Federal agents.
