Book excerpt: Gaines Bradford Jackson is a man on a quest to inform the public and wrote Rape of the American Constitution by Its Own Government because his mission is to inform all Americans that indeed his observations are true and factual and that our Founding Forefathers whom believed in the Locke/Blackstone ideas that all Americans should enjoy the four fundamental rights under the new government being formed, namely: the right to the pursuit of life, liberty, ownership of property, and happiness -no longer exist. These inalienable rights were supposed to be guaranteed by the Bill of Rights (the first ten amendments to the Constitution itself) but with recent administrations over the past twenty years and the recent passage of the heinous unpatriotic Patriotic Act, these rights are being slowly eroded. This text talks about honesty, integrity and a belief in Almighty GOD as distinct character traits of the Founding Forefathers and has a brief discussion of the thirteen most significant players.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: As seen on the cover of New York Magazine, America's longest running advice columnist goes on the road to speak to women about hideous men and whether we need them. "Carroll's lively prose careens in constant pursuit of pleasure...indefatigably funny and full of life." –Lindsay Zoladz, The Ringer “Darkly humorous and deadly serious.” –Sibbie O'Sullivan, Washington Post “A compulsively interesting feminist memoir.” –Virginia Heffernan, Slate "Somehow hilarious, in the way that only E. Jean could have written it" –Leigh Haber, Oprah Magazine “Roving, curious, compassionate, whimsical.” –Megan Garber, The Atlantic When E. Jean Carroll—possibly the liveliest woman in the world and author of the “Ask E. Jean” advice column in Elle Magazine, realized that her eight million readers and question-writers all seemed to have one thing in common—problems caused by men—she hit the road. Crisscrossing the country with her blue-haired poodle, Lewis Carroll, E. Jean stopped in every town named after a woman between Eden, Vermont and Tallulah, Louisiana to ask women the crucial question: What Do We Need Men For? E. Jean gave her rollicking road trip a sly, stylish turn when she deepened the story, creating a list called “The Most Hideous Men of My Life,” and began to reflect on her own sometimes very dark history with the opposite sex. What advice would she have given to her past selves—as Miss Cheerleader USA and Miss Indiana University? Or as the fearless journalist, television host, and eventual advice columnist she became? E. Jean intertwines the stories of the fascinating people she meets on her road trip with her “horrible history with the male sex” (including mafia bosses, media titans, boyfriends, husbands, a serial killer, and a president), creating a decidedly dark yet hopeful, hilarious, and thrilling narrative. Her answer to the question What Do We Need Men For? will shock men and delight women.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In a fascinating blend of biography and history, Joseph Tartakovsky tells the epic and unexpected story of our Constitution through the eyes of ten extraordinary individuals—some renowned, like Alexander Hamilton and Woodrow Wilson, and some forgotten, like James Wilson and Ida B. Wells-Barnett. Tartakovsky brings to life their struggles over our supreme law from its origins in revolutionary America to the era of Obama and Trump. Sweeping from settings as diverse as Gold Rush California to the halls of Congress, and crowded with a vivid Dickensian cast, Tartakovsky shows how America’s unique constitutional culture grapples with questions like democracy, racial and sexual equality, free speech, economic liberty, and the role of government. Joining the ranks of other great American storytellers, Tartakovsky chronicles how Daniel Webster sought to avert the Civil War; how Alexis de Tocqueville misunderstood America; how Robert Jackson balanced liberty and order in the battle against Nazism and Communism; and how Antonin Scalia died warning Americans about the ever-growing reach of the Supreme Court. From the 1787 Philadelphia Convention to the clash over gay marriage, this is a grand tour through two centuries of constitutional history as never told before, and an education in the principles that sustain America in the most astonishing experiment in government ever undertaken.

Book excerpt: Total lockdown for so many days by Indian Government in order to avoid global pandemic. But whether GAME stopped? And answer is 'NO'. On dated 28 March 2020 in evening time, I went to collect medicine order delivery (ordered online) and GAME was there of "GOD". Why they play such GAME because Presidential machinery failed in ordering an enquiry to look into the matter.GAME of Narrow Path, GAME of Checkmate, GAME of Survival of the Fittest, Game of Always Second, GAME of Natural Justice and GAME of Remote Control mentioned in this book. Many GAMES leads to criminal offences. And Indian Penal Code mentions a punishment for such criminal offences. Why Presidential machinery goes for enforcing prostitution, involvements of small children etc. in my "SANGHARSHA for Justice"? Why President of India cannot order an enquiry to look into the matter? Biggest point from last 22 years. Even though India have democracy, but Presidential Machinery runs his machinery just like dictatorship. Because when big persons fails or does wrong work, they cannot appear before enquiry commission like that. So they plays 'GAME'. GAME... that too in reverse direction, as Checkmate to be given to king and not to pawns. Another thing, remotely controlling, what they controlled. You will laugh that they controlled and monitored how much time I used to go to latrine and / or for urine etc. Anyway problem to think that whether it is justifiable to publish a book in this global pandemic period. Anyway lockdown, so I do not think it will harm to anyone. Further this is my eight book on the same topic. When Government had not taken any action on my previous books, then I thought why and how it will affect to them. So decided to do job of publishing a book without violating lockdown. This book listed some important sections of Indian Penal Code and shown many sections which may be applicable in this case. Indian Penal Code never mentions that even if criminal things carried out, punishment should not be given. Also it mentions that person should be above seven years of age for punishment. And definitely President of India and his machinery personnel are above seven years of age. Army rules, Navy rules, CrPC and IPC never mentions like "Un-professional analysis". India have strong constitution which is the strongest pillar of India's democracy. So why they want to cut the roots of strong democracy? Lessons to learn from global pandemic. So I hope that India will maintain justice in India only. And they will wake up by my universal revolutionary call that "STOP TO BECOME INDIA AS A TERRORIST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD" as there is no justice mechanism in terrorists. WAR against global pandemic as said by Hon'ble Prime Minister and complete lockdown done for 21 days. So the questions to ask is have your enemy seen or unseen state? In the same way, whole Presidential Machinery acted in such unseen ways (from last 22years) and this is my "SANGHARSHA for Justice" as Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi became 'MAHATMA' Gandhi by doing his "STRUGGLE for FREEDOM". India Government have taken so much precaution during global pandemic, why they become unprofessional, uneducated and unsocial for justice during my "SANGHARSHA for Justice". It's just a matter of ordering an enquiry and punish the guilty. During pandemic, Shri Rana Kapoor arrested. Then please do not give such unprofessional, uneducated and unsocial excuses at any cost Mr. President of India.JAI HIND
