We stared by researching the resonance for some key terms of Catholic Social Doctrine. This is done to ascertain how emotionally engaging a term is. We all have a personal reaction to various terms: faith, progress, hierarchy, sublime, and environment. Terms resonate with us on a continuum from positive to negative. Negative resonance closes us up, positive resonance causes us to engage.
