Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Welcome to the reading of the Padgett Messages - the Gospel of God's Love, revealed anew by Jesus and other Celestials. After the sudden passing of his wife Helen in 1914, James E. Padgett (1852 - 1923), a prominent Washington, D.C. lawyer, discovered his astonishing mediumistic gift of automatic writing. His heartfelt desire to communicate with his departed wife led him to discover his psychic senses and to receive written messages commencing his outstanding communications with spirits. It was Jesus and many other Celestial spirits who told him to pray with all the sincere longings of his soul to the Father for the inflowing into his soul of the Divine Love that comes from God in order to obtain this Love in sufficient abundance to change the quality of his mediumistic skills into the necessary spiritual condition and quality, so that it would be possible for the high Celestial spirits to make that close rapport with him, so that high truths could be written through him. If there is one essence that we can take away with us in our journey of experience of reading The Padgett Messages, it is that the Divine Love and the experience of Divine Love is available for our heart and soul. By being aware and receptive to this Love, we can experience these feelings of Divine Love in our own life.James Edward Padgett was born August 25, 1852, in Washington, D.C. He attended the Polytechnic Academy Institute at Newmarket, Virginia. In 1880 he was admitted to the bar in Washington, D.C. He practiced law for 43 years until his death on March 17, 1923, in his 71st year.

Book Synopsis Jung`s Red Book For Our Time by : Murray Stein
Download or read book Jung`s Red Book For Our Time written by Murray Stein and published by Chiron Publications. This book was released on 2020-03-12 with total page 443 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Edited by Murray Stein and Thomas Arzt, the essays in the series Jung's Red Book for Our Time: Searching for Soul under Postmodern Conditions are geared to the recognition that the posthumous publication of The Red Book: Liber Novus by C. G. Jung in 2009 was a meaningful gift to our contemporary world. "To give birth to the ancient in a new time is creation," Jung inscribed in his Red Book. The essays in this volume continue what was begun in Volume 1 of Jung's Red Book for Our Time: Searching for Soul under Postmodern Conditions by further contextualizing The Red Book culturally and interpreting it for our time. It is significant that this long sequestered work was published during a period in human history marked by disruption, cultural disintegration, broken boundaries, and acute anxiety. The Red Book offers an antidote for this collective illness and can be seen as a link in the aurea catena, the "golden chain" of spiritual wisdom extending down through the ages from biblical times, ancient Greek philosophy, early Christian and Jewish Gnosis, and alchemy. The Red Book is itself a work of creation that gives birth to the old in a new time. This is the second volume of a three-volume series set up on a global und multicultural level and includes essays from the following distinguished Jungian analysts and scholars: - Murray Stein and Thomas Arzt Introduction - John Beebe The Way Cultural Attitudes are Developed in Jung's Red Book - An "Interview" - Kate Burns Soul's Desire to become New: Jung's Journey, Our Initiation - QiRe Ching Aging with The Red Book - Al Collins Dreaming The Red Book Onward: What Do the Dead Seek Today? - Lionel Corbett The Red Book as a Religious d104 - John Dourley Jung, the Nothing and the All - Randy Fertel Trickster, His Apocalyptic Brother, and a World's Unmaking: An Archetypal Reading of Donald Trump - Noa Schwartz Feuerstein India in The Red Book Overtones and Undertones - Grazina Gudaite Integrating Horizontal and Vertical Dimensions of Experience under Postmodern Conditions - Lev Khegai The Red Book of C.G. Book Synopsis The Emergence of Organizations and Markets by : John F. Padgett
Download or read book The Emergence of Organizations and Markets written by John F. Padgett and published by Princeton University Press. This book was released on 2012-10-14 with total page 607 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The social sciences have sophisticated models of choice and equilibrium but little understanding of the emergence of novelty. Where do new alternatives, new organizational forms, and new types of people come from? Combining biochemical insights about the origin of life with innovative and historically oriented social network analyses, John Padgett and Walter Powell develop a theory about the emergence of organizational, market, and biographical novelty from the coevolution of multiple social networks. In the short run, they argue, actors make relations, but in the long run, they argue, actors make actors. Organizational novelty arises from spillover across intertwined networks, which tips reproducing biographical and production flows. This theory is developed through formal deductive modeling and through a wide range of careful and original historical case studies, ranging from early capitalism and state formation, to the transformation of communism, to the emergence of contemporary biotechnology and Silicon Vally. -- from back cover.

Book Synopsis The Secret Second Coming by : Patricia Doyle
Download or read book The Secret Second Coming written by Patricia Doyle and published by Hummingbird House Publishing. This book was released on 2020-06-02 with total page 228 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: What if we had writings directly from Jesus? The Secret Second Coming is a journey into the discovery of one of the most incredible events of our time. A little-known event that, according to Jesus himself, represents his second coming. In the early part of the twentieth century, writings claiming to be by Jesus were received through psicografica (Brazilian for spirit-to-mortal written communications). The mortal was James Padgett, a Washington D.C. attorney and Methodist Sunday school teacher, in his senior years. These messages are introduced in The Secret Second Coming and their authority is thoroughly examined, especially in relation to the authority of the New Testament. How do we know whether or not these messages from Jesus are real? What makes them different from other channeled material? What are the criteria for judging and who decides? What are the origins of Biblical resistance to communication with deceased spirits?Where does true spiritual authority come from and how do you recognize it? In addition to answering these questions, The Secret Second Coming reveals: *convincing evidence of life after death by scientists and lawyers, *that profound knowledge can come from paranormal states of consciousness, *that we can communicate with our loved ones who have passed, and *that we can establish a personal relationship with a loving God. In The Secret Second Coming, the author combines extensive academic research with personal stories of the four events which uniquely qualify her to write this book: an NDE that converted her agnosticism into non-religious, unshakable faith in God, and three profound encounters with Jesus inviting her to participate in the revealing of his second coming. "It is beyond doubt that spirits and mortals communicate, and that spirits know just what mortals are doing on earth and how to influence them in their loves and actions." -Jesus, III:83

Book excerpt: The Compiler writes: "My purpose in publishing this book is the hope that individuals may come across these writings as I did 6 years ago, and from them develop a desire to live the way of Divine Love." This book presents excerpts of spirit communications received by James Padgett between 1914 and 1920. In these writings we discover that our souls are the highest of God's Creation and that we are His beloved children, and that the one desire closest to our Heavenly Father's heart of love is that we become one with Him in divine substance. A comment by Dr. Daniel G. Samuels: "Whatever one may believe regarding the source of these messages, the contents are so new and revolutionary, yet so compelling by their logic and sublime simplicity, that a serious study of them must be undertaken in order to comprehend their significance and challenge." At the end a special message is given to readers by various Celestial spirits who first gave their messages to James Padgett nearly 100 years ago.
