Will someone please, please help me save my son?” —Edward Moats, Tarpon Springs, FL. A young boy leaves a message: “Hey! This is an 11-year-old kid named Jacob. One of my friends was driving by and found this book on the ground. They picked it up. It said You Can Survive! by Jere Franklin. They gave me the book. I have read this book over, and over, and over. It just speaks to me. There’s a lot of problems going on in my family … like … my Dad is gone … and other stuff [obvious emotional turmoil in Jacob’s unsteady voice ending in a heavy sigh]. I just wanted to thank you for your book. It really means a lot to me.” If there was a plan whereby you could avoid most disasters, wouldn’t you want to know about it? If you would, then you need to read this book. It includes chapters on the joys of country living, medical preparation for the end time, wilderness survival, log cabin building, a garden-to-kitchen cookbook, a financial plan, and inspirational stories of faith. In the near future, this information will be invaluable. “Any reader who applies himself diligently to this book will be rewarded and uplifted. A sincere and practical outline for survival and revival.” —Lincoln Steed, Editor, Liberty magazine.

"We have yet to walk upon the bridge of our sexuality because we have yet to know what our unique sexualities, male as to female, constitute in regard to each other in this creative enterprise called life. Mankind has yet to discover that deepest part of himself, his or her distinct sexual purpose as male or female. Let us know this now. Let us know the essence of male and the essence of female and their purpose together in existence. I say, to know this is to know all things." Selected Writings Author Bio: Christopher Alan Anderson (1950 - ) received the basis of his education from the University of Science and Philosophy, Swannanoa, Waynesboro, Virginia. He resides in the transcendental/romantic tradition, that vein of spiritual creativity of the philosopher and poet. His quest has been to define and express an eternal romantic reality from which a man and a woman could together stand in their difference and create a living universe of procreative love. Mr. Anderson began these writings in 1971. The first writings were published in 1985. On a personal note, when Mr. Anderson was asked to describe the writings and what he felt their message was he responded, "Spiritual procreation. Mankind has yet to distinguish the two sexes on the spiritual level. In this failure lies the root of our problems and why we cannot yet touch the eternal together. The message of man and woman balance brings each of us together in love with our eternal other half right now." keywords: Sexuality, Male, Female, Sexual Purpose, Creation, Balance

Book excerpt: The data for this book was mainly gathered in the 1977 to 1982 and I would like to thank my then wife Wendy for her patience during that time. When I started to compile this book I joined four libraries, all in Gauteng, South Africa, they were the municipal libraries of: Kempton Park; Benoni and Boksburg, the fourth was the company library of the Atlas Aircraft Corporation, for whom I worked. The company library was able to find books for me from all over Southern Africa through the inter-library service. The company library was also able to locate books, which could not be loaned out, so I travelled to Johannesburg library on a few occasions to gather information, which I had deemed necessary. It did not end there; every time I was introduced to an elderly person I made it a point to request an audience with them for some time in the near future, the information locked up in people’s heads is unbelievable and would have died with them, had I not requested their help in answering my many questions. The data then lay dormant until 2009 when something prompted me to complete the book. The collating of the data collected in the 1977 to 1982 into the chapters now found in this book, and finding the missing data (that not found in the 1977 to 1982) was very time consuming therefore I would like to thank my current wife Palesa for her patience, as I spent many hours on the internet between 2009 and 2010 when the text of the book was completed All the sketches in the book were hand drawn by Martyn John West unless otherwise stated, getting them onto my computer gave me problems I had not anticipated, 90+% of the drawings, were drawn between 1977 and 1982, the white paper was no longer white. To scan them onto the computer and lose the cream background meant sacrificing the quality of the lines on the drawings. With the low quality drawings on the computer I set about going over the lines of each drawing using my mouse, to get around my now old shaky hand, I zoomed to 5 times the size on the computer screen, doing this part time took three more years, the completed book being finally finished in January 2014. To all the elderly people I interviewed between 1977 to 1982 and to the various friends and colleges have encouraged the completion of this book I thank you, they are not acknowledge individually as there are literally hundreds of them never-the-less, thank you. This book is intended to be a survivor’s reference book, but could also be used by someone with a particular hobby or interest.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This is a new exploration of the Tarot, which reveals the esoteric numerological links underlying this ancient system and connects the teaching of the Tarot to the initiatic journey of the Soul. If you are aspiring to connect with the mysteries of our life on this planet or you are already a disciple in some school of spiritual attainment, this is a book which will illuminate your way. As we explore beyond those physical emotional and mental aspects that we call the personality, we find another energy that is not so easy to define and which seems to move us at a deeper level; this is the Soul. When we are receptive to the Soul's mystery we can start to connect to the universal collective energy of the Spirit. The different stages in the fusion of personality and Soul and the unknown, unseen alchemy of transmutation from matter to Spirit are illustrated by the twenty-two cards of the Major Arcana. The symbols are explained and the deeper esoteric meaning of each card is explored with the help of number. This provides practical steps that can be applied to the everyday lives of those who seek greater consciousness. Claudine Aegerter started Transcendental Meditation in 1970, then joined the National Federation of Spiritual Healers, where she realised her abilities to channel. She then started teaching and giving workshops in esoteric subjects. As a leader in her field, a counsellor and a healer, she founded the Connaissance School of Numerology in 1993, bringing unique insights into the initiation of consciousness to many around the world. Berenice Benjelloun has worked as a professional artist, Homeopath, workshop leader and Numerologist. The inspiration and underlying energy behind all her occupations has always been the promotion of the expanding consciousness of mankind. She teaches at The Connaissance School of Numerology and is Vice chair of the Association Internationale de Numerologues.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The authors of this ambitious book address a fundamental political question: why are leaders who produce peace and prosperity turned out of office while those who preside over corruption, war, and misery endure? Considering this political puzzle, they also answer the related economic question of why some countries experience successful economic development and others do not. The authors construct a provocative theory on the selection of leaders and present specific formal models from which their central claims can be deduced. They show how political leaders allocate resources and how institutions for selecting leaders create incentives for leaders to pursue good and bad public policy. They also extend the model to explain the consequences of war on political survival. Throughout the book, they provide illustrations from history, ranging from ancient Sparta to Vichy France, and test the model against statistics gathered from cross-national data. The authors explain the political intuition underlying their theory in nontechnical language, reserving formal proofs for chapter appendixes. They conclude by presenting policy prescriptions based on what has been demonstrated theoretically and empirically.

With those few words in August 1973, Sarah Chambers, her husband Richard, and their good friends Alice and Dick started a journey that took them far beyond anything they could possibly imagine. They explored the unseen realm of the spiritual world with their teacher "Michael." Along with good friend Eugene Trout, they created a new spiritual teaching - based in love - that helps people become more of who they truly are. The group kept transcripts of their meetings and those transcripts were copied and passed around to their friends and coworkers, then copied and passed to many others over the years. Volume 1 contains those transcripts - digitized, formatted for easier reading and edited to remove most real names. . . . "Why am I here?" someone asked one night. Michael answered, "To hear the words you didn't hear 2,000 years ago. Maybe this time, you will listen."

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book employs the methods of philosophical anthropology to examine the question of what the noumenon of human life is which has been debated for thousands of years. This work elaborates upon the noumenon of human life, that is, man’s “structure and choice”. The noumenon of human life differs essentially from the animals in bringing about the unity of “structure” and “choice”. The noumenon of human life, or rather, man’s “structure and choice”, provides the motive force for the survival and development of individuals and groups (families, organizations and states) as well as the basic ways in which human values can be possible of realization. It is only through the instrumentality of man’s “structure and choice” that humans can attain their goals and grasp the laws of development and change of things. In passing criticism upon structuralism and existentialism, the author tries to reconstruct the ontology of human life, whereby his theory provides an ontological foundation for the humanities and social sciences, a theoretical framework for an idealistic anthropological commitment to self-transcendence, a scientific philosophy of life for us, and a good deal of enlightenment about many theoretical prerequisites.
