My perspective reflects the struggle against an unforgiving systematic sociological structure which needs revision. Resolute to triumph, I conquer ignorance through both the word of God and academic subjects. My prayer for America is that in the present moment, our leadership will be more inclusive of opportunities for women, especially black women. The environmental forces and circumstances surrounding our success is different. Change for the betterment of the nation and revisit the way employers treat and view all older workers.
