Book excerpt: Albertans who reported receiving health services from a physician rated the quality of care of their most recent visit very highly: 91% indicated that quality of care was excellent or good, and 87% indicated that the results of the care received were either excellent or good. [...] The purpose of the pretest was to assess the questionnaire for clarity, for ability to generate a strong response rate, and to test the programming of the CATI system.
