A weekly poem that would reach billions of people around the world simultaneously, in more than 30 languages. And that it would also do so in the language of each reader so that they could appreciate, and at the same time incorporate, the emotional and aesthetic nuances (rhythm, rhyme, images, symbols, etc.) of other poets from such diverse cultures and/or civilizations, always with the mediation of the person who has translated the text in order to bring it as close as possible to its addressees. [...] After reading this selection of such varied origins, one feels that we all belong to the same common space, to that which can be seen beyond all the "forts and frontiers" in the expression of Juan de Yepes. This is also expressed in the poem by Luis Cruz-Villalobos, with which this volume opens: we are all truly "a single poem without frontiers." And in it, in its multiple versions, we will always be able to find ourselves again."
