Más específicamente, cabe afirmar, aunque tal opinión en absoluto es compartida por todos los juristas, que respeto de pocos años anteriores, al menos en un sector cuantitativamente importante de la sociedad española –baste tener en cuenta tan sólo los ciudadanos regidos por la normativa sucesoria de las Comunidades Autónomas con Derecho Civil propio- se han producido un cambio significativo y claramente apreciable en la forma de realizarse-o de intentar realizarse cuando el Código Civil lo permite-las disposiciones mortis causa dentro del entorno familiar más inmediato referido a los hijos, cónyuge, pareja y padres.
