Bruce C. Sloane was transferred from the Royal Palm area to the Flamingo area of the Park. William M. Taylor was selected to attend the next training session at the Stephen T. Mather Training Center, Grand Canyon, Ariz. James R. Parker was promoted and transferred to Foreman III (garage) at Glacier National Park. He entered on duty there January 5. Interpretative Facilities: Several new lift boxes were installed at the Pine lands Trail and the coontie landscaping around the Visitor Center development. Gulf Coast District Ranger addressed 105 members of the Naples Audubon Society. Planning for the 7-mile Tower development continues.
