Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit wird diese Frage beantworten, vor dem Hintergrund einer erhöhten Nachfrage nach Ganztagsschulen und der seit Jahren steigenden sexuellen Gewalt an Schulen. Zu Beginn der Arbeit werden die in der Fragestellung aufgeführten Fachbegriffe definiert, um einen grundlegenden Referenzrahmen zu bilden. Hierbei werden die zugrundeliegenden Definitionen erläutert und im Falle der sexuellen Gewalt zusätzlich abgegrenzt, wobei geschlechterspezifische Differenzen mit einbezogen werden. Darauffolgend gibt die Arbeit einen Einblick in die Ursachen des fehlenden Hilfesuchverhaltens der Schüler*innen, untermauert mit aktuellen Studienzahlen. Kapitel 3 der vorliegenden Arbeit baut auf diesen Erkenntnissen auf. Im Weiteren werden die Möglichkeiten einer Lehrkraft dieses Hilfesuchverhalten zu stärken aufgeführt und diskutiert. Im letzten Kapitel werden die Ergebnisse zusammengetragen und die Forschungsfrage beantwortet. Die Arbeit wird mit einem Fazit abgeschlossen, welches die wichtigsten Aspekte zusammenfasst und mit einem Ausblick mit Reflexion des Forschungsstandes abgeschlossen.
