Thirteen of the 27 books in the New Testament are attributed to the Apostle Paul. He amazingly travelled over 10,000 miles in his quest to spread Christianity. Constantine had to have felt that Christianity in Hispania had advanced to the most important levels of the religion, and that Bishop Osio would have had the independent authority to strongly support his beliefs of what this new religion represented. And Osio's independent authority must have come from the only Apostle who considered himself independent from the Twelve Apostles in Jerusalem.
