Der zweite Abschnitt widmet sich der rassistischen Diskriminierung durch Sprache und beantwortet die Frage, wann eine Sprachhandlung rassistisch ist und wie Rassismus von betroffenen Personen erfahren wird. Abschließend wird dargestellt, warum es wichtig ist, gegen Rassismus im eigenen Sprachgebrauch vorzugehen und wie eine Rede als rassistisch identifiziert werden kann. Auch in Deutschland geht ein Großteil der rassistischen Gewalterfahrungen von sprachlichen Diskriminierungen aus, welche von der gesamten Gesellschaft verübt werden, ohne, dass diese sich dessen explizit bewusst ist. Deshalb ist es wichtig, sich reflektiert mit diesem Thema auseinanderzusetzen, um zu vermeiden, selbst Teil des diskriminierenden Systems zu sein.
