Book excerpt: Every church is not the Lord’s church, but the legitimate church is waking up—and miracles, signs, and wonders will appear to those who believe. God is going to take those of us who want to participate to zones where the Holy Spirit is our only comfort. The supernatural is going to become natural to those who have the audacity to believe and to those who expect it. Steeped in Scripture, this book seeks to answer questons such as: • Have we turned the church into something it wasn’t meant to be? • Should we be more interested in gathering and keeping people or in releasing and sending them out? • What is our motivation for reaching more people? The author contends that most churches are spending more time, energy, and resources on building bigger crowds. Absolutely nothing is wrong with that if your intent is to help members cultivate their faith so they can then share it with others. However, far too many churches are focused on attracting bigger crowds, building bigger buildings, and buying more land than sending people out to share their faith with a lost and dying world.

Book excerpt: From Spiritual Emergency to Healing and Rebirth Increasing numbers of people involved in personal transformation are experiencing spiritual emergencies — crises when the process of growth and change becomes chaotic and overwhelming. Individuals experiencing such episodes may feel that their sense of identity is breaking down, that their old values no longer hold true, and that the very ground beneath their personal realities is radically shifting. In many cases, new realms of mystical and spiritual experience enter their lives suddenly and dramatically, resulting in fear and confusion. They may feel tremendous anxiety, have difficulty coping with their daily lives, jobs, and relationships, and may even fear for their own sanity. Unfortunately, much of modern psychiatry has failed to distinguish these episodes from mental illness. As a result, transformational crises are often suppressed by routine psychiatric care, medication, and even institutionalization. However, there is a new perspective developing among many mental health professionals and those studying spiritual development that views such crises as transformative breakthroughs that can hold tremendous potential for physical and emotional healing. When understood and treated in a supportive manner, spiritual emergencies can become gateways to higher levels of functioning and new ways of being. In this book, foremost psychologists, psychiatrists, and spiritual teachers address the following questions: What is spiritual emergency? What is the relationship between spirituality, “madness,” and healing? What forms does spiritual emergency take? What are the pitfalls — and promises — of spiritual practice? How can people in spiritual emergency be assisted by family, friends, and professionals? This groundbreaking work reveals that within the crisis of spiritual emergency lies the promise of spiritual emergence and renewal.

Book excerpt: Personal accounts exploring the shift from mental illness to spiritual awakening. The first book in which people discuss their own spiritual emergencies and share what helped them through. Our authors are the experts of their own experience, and they share their wild journeys with courage, insight and poetry. There are fascinating parallels in their experiences, suggesting minds in extremis go to similar places. These are beautiful postcards from the edge of human consciousness, testaments to the soul's natural resilience. Our authors have returned from their descent with valuable insights for our culture, as we go through a collective spiritual emergency, with old myths and structures breaking down, and new possibilities breaking open. What is there beyond our present egocentric model of reality? What tools can help us navigate the emergence? "This book is essential reading for anyone who wants to understand the connection between spiritual awakening and what we normally term 'mental illness.' It is full of inspirational and moving stories that show that psychological disturbances often lead to significant personal growth, if supported properly. As a culture, we urgently need a new paradigm of mental illness and treatment, and this and this book makes an important contribution to that shift.' Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Vaccination is a topic that has long divided opinion. Today, in view of Covid-19, that debate has become ever more polarized. Illustrated throughout with full-colour images, Covid Vaccines from a Spiritual Perspective deals with scientific facts, but also with research that requires spiritual-scientific methods. Led by main author and activist Thomas Mayer, the volume features reports, experiences and commentary from more than fifty contributors with clairvoyant and psychic abilities. From their observations, it is argued that Covid vaccines are not ‘harmless jabs’, but potentially violent interventions in the subtle structures of the human body, soul and spirit. The vaccines even have implications for an individual’s life beyond death. Instead of the soul evolving in the afterlife, it could remain bound to the earth, suffering deeply. Although this book’s conclusions may appear alarming, it is not the author’s intention to create fear. He seeks only to provide useful information and enlightenment, demonstrating how vaccinated and unvaccinated people can deal with this subject consciously, courageously and with hope for the future.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: What lies at the root of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the worldwide pandemic it has caused, affecting the health and livelihoods of untold millions of people? What are the deeper, spiritual realities behind COVID-19 and the global turmoil it has left in its trail? In an effort to answer these queries and many others put to her at the start of the pandemic, Judith von Halle composed two letters in March 2020, based on her own spiritual-scientific research. Published in this book together with an additional essay, she addresses questions such as: Which entities stand behind the virus? How and why does it affect human beings? What measures can be taken for prevention and therapy? What does the crisis mean to individuals and what possibilities does it offer for personal development? The author suggests that, apart from the material havoc triggered by coronavirus, the spiritual causes behind it are extremely serious and – if the present pandemic is not to be the first in a series of catastrophes – humanity is called upon to respond in a radically transformative way. In an additional article von Halle tackles the controversial issues relating to government lockdowns and the protest movements that have sprung up in opposition to them. How do these events point to real questions of individual freedom and, most importantly, how do they relate to the central event of our time – an event that, tragically, remains largely unknown? Revealing unexpected perspectives to the COVID-19 pandemic, Judith von Halle asks urgent and difficult questions and offers shattering insights for humanity’s further development.

God proved just how little control we have over many things we take for granted. A couple striving to survive in two different ways but in some ways the same. The life that we knew had come to a halt, and we were at the mercy of the symptoms of a contagious new virus. The virus is at the mercy of the Great Physician. The medical system took over and reigned over many rights that we once had with our loved ones. The separation from family and friends would be designed by a loving God to bring me to a place of total dependence on compassion, comfort, and companionship to the one who knows my every thought. God's supreme presence through this time of isolation was just what my soul needed to be still and know that He is God and to be a prayer warrior for my husband.

Book excerpt: The understanding of communication refers to canonical schemes from technologies to decisions on where, how, and why the semic act gains or is at risk; to hypotheses and limits; and to normal and unconventional exchanges of senses, despite the confrontations between codes, coding, and decoding. In this book, communication is defined as concept, skill, potential, behavior, mechanism, category of exchange, phenomenon, tool, and variable. This sophisticated view differs from previous studies and assumes the multiple systems of systems and meanings generated by various fieldworks that require/reclaim their primacy over communication. Basic Communication and Assessment Prerequisites for the New Normal of Education discusses the rivalry paradigms, ambiguities, new meanings, and mechanisms of the crossroad between communication and assessment. This book makes an inventory of developments in the area as well as analyzes new edumetrics and psychometrics and inserts new best practices. This involves creating new conversational networks of global best practices and metaparadigms in order to solve current disparities and unsolved problems from the fieldwork. Covering topics such as chronic conditions, online educational environments, and self-assessment competencies, this text is ideal for teachers, parents, students, trainers, decision makers, researchers, and academicians.

Book excerpt: COVID-19 &GOD, "IT'S TIME FOR SPIRITUAL REBOOTING", is a spiritual book dedicated to none other than GOD!I believe God and spirituality are integral part of our life, from birth, growth and death. However, there is lot of apprehension when the very word GOD is used openly. Oftern people get mental allergy to religion, God and spirituality. As the world is undergoing prolonged lockdown induced by a deadly coronavirus (abbreviated as COVID-19), a thought process came to me about writing this book upon hearing a common dialogue of people: "Oh My GOD" ... uttered out of sheer love or distress. And, the curiosity about God is on the rise ever since COVID-19 broke out; the curiosity about God and spirituality is rising as COVID-19 has brought uncertainty following months and months of lockdowns which could be further extended as the deadly virus not getting tamed easily in the absence of vaccination and medicine. It is said often, under the grace of God, meaning with his blessings. So, the world's biggest question is: WHO IS GOD? Yet there is no CONCRETE answer to prove WHO IS GOD? GOD is believed to be invincible and He is believed to be a SOUL like Human Souls, but SUPREME. God is the Head of Humanity and Universe like what a President or a Prime Minister as the head of a nation in the modern-day world (Earlier Kings or emperors). Upon Google search for the keyword "God," you will read the meaning of God as "the creator and ruler of the universe and source of all moral authority; the supreme being. (In certain other religions) a superhuman being or spirit worshipped as having power over nature or human fortunes." Do you think, this one para explanation is SUFFICE to KNOW GOD? Meanwhile, our BELOVED GOD, SHIVA as his name, is now facing some controversy as well as people blame Him for not controlling the coronavirus pandemic. For that matter, whenever such a big tragedy or calamity happens, often people tend to blame GOD, saying that it is His Act to punish human beings. If GOD is the one who is punishing human beings, then He is not GOD, anybody giving sorrow to anybody is considered a demon or devil, not GOD!With these few paragraphs, I look forward to your feedback and feelings about GOD! (Disclaimer: In no way, this book is intended to hurt anyone or promote any religious belief, nor to question anybody's belief in God, nor I have any material proof to prove the existence of GOD! It is purely my own experience about Him and I have DEDICATED this book to GOD and sharing my experiences with readers.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The world has been reeling under the COVID-19 pandemic. Most individuals are already struggling to balance all the responsibilities and obligations of life amid the pressures of society encouraging materialism, hedonism, and egoism, leaving little time for self-reflection and introspection. The pandemic has thrust individuals into isolation cornering them to endure the loss of time and loved ones, providing no time or opportunity to reexamine priorities and beliefs. This book was written to remind each of us that it is important to appreciate the gifts we have been given by God: to be grateful to the known and unknown people who have helped us grow up; to be grateful for the smells that remind of us of the sweet memories of our past; to be grateful for the feel of the sunshine on our face; to be thankful to nature, animals, and pets; to be grateful for the feel of water falling on our skin on a hot day; to be grateful for the taste of food around the dinner table that bring us closer together; to be grateful for the time we have had with those we care for. This book is written to remind us to be grateful for the gift of life given to us by God.

Book excerpt: Regain emotional and spiritual balance in a Post-Pandemic World This book will equip you to reclaim emotional and spiritual balance in a post-COVID world. BRIEF SUMMARY: As we enter a new normal after the peak of COVID-19, we are left with fears, questions, and anxiety. While the biological virus has taken an untold toll on lives worldwide--medically and economically--the "new virus" going forward may be summed up in two words: anxiety and worry. While our immediate attention is on our health and that of friends and loved ones, there is a perhaps a greater need: How do we practice healthy emotional and spiritual "hygiene" as we emerge from arguably the greatest crisis the world has seen since World War II? With his more than four decades of professional experience as a therapist and trusted counseling leader, Dr. Tim Clinton brings a timely message of health and hope to a stressed out, fearful world. Dr. Clinton examines science, psychology, physiology, and other concepts to help us cope with anxiety, but the primary focus is on the consistency of God's power, goodness, and love. Clinton adds, "It's my prayer that as you continue reading, you'll increasingly sense God's peace for your mind and hope for your heart."
