In anderen Fällen stellt diese Situation eine große Herausforderung dar, da bestimmte gesetzliche Grundlagen das Eingreifen des Staates vorgeben und Menschen gegebenenfalls zum Annehmen einer Hilfe verpflichtet werden können. Aber wie soll eine solche Hilfe gelingen? Wie können wir Klienten motivieren, bei einer solchen Hilfe mitzuarbeiten? Wie können Fachkräfte einen Drang nach Veränderung bei Klienten auslösen, wenn diese gar kein Problem sehen? Diese Frage müssen sich immer mehr Sozialarbeiter stellen, da der Anteil von sogenannter Zwangsberatung stetig zunimmt. In der Sozialen Arbeit gibt es zahlreiche Bereiche, in denen Zwangsberatung vorkommen kann. Diese Bereiche werden im 3. Kapitel genannt, der Fokus dieser Arbeit wird jedoch auf dem Zwangskontext des Jugendamtes, bzw. des Allgemeinen Sozialen Dienstes, liegen.
