When Dora’s mother and brother were kidnapped, they were taken to an island that belonged to the Mexican government. Unknown to everyone involved, the Mexican and U. S. governments were aware of the activities on this island and decided to collaborate in closing down this illegal operation. Author's Bio: Clarence J. When he retired from the Navy in Oxnard, California he and his wife, Dolores liked the area and decided to make Oxnard their home. He teaches classes in Medical Assistance and is currently a Clinical Technician. He has been married to the former Dolores Romero Bautista of Seville, Spain for 30 years. They have three children and five grandchildren.
