Industrial Freedom is to not be confined by expectations, rather to seek a complacent life by means of first understanding one’s own happiness. This is that time is limited, not short, or long, but the right amount when we are intentional with it. Using the time we have wisely, instead of recklessly will be the difference of having regrets or living a complacent life. The wellness of the Motion element can become a mental condition in which the mind struggles to be free as it is held confined by expectations and a sense of unfulfillment. To have industrial freedom is being in a Shaped mental state which is defining one’s own path, and walking the walk. Be Shaped! Powerful! New Age Philosophy thinking which covers the major topics utilizing the natural elements and Stoic concepts

Book excerpt: To have Industrial Freedom is to be able to have a complacent life, by understanding that our actions, and time are limited, not short, or long, but when we use intentional, it will be the right amount. To have Self-Freedom is to be Awakened to the fact, that there are physical and mental confinements, and the freedom will come by understanding the elements of confinement. A confinement can be anything that has controlled limitations over someone, or something. If we are bound up physically, we can struggle physically to set ourselves free, the same can be said for our mental mind being bound up. The mental mind cannot be physically bound, but it can be with an idea or a thought that can be stronger than any physical holding. In Self-Awakenment it recognizes five basic categories of mental confinements which are the fundamental basis for controlled limitations which are referred to as confinements. The fifth and final mental condition in Self-Awakenment is our Industrial side that struggles to be free as it is held confined by Expectation. The expectation in Self-Awakenment is the mental confinement in which the key to freedom is Fulfillment. The freedom is to say "I don't know" when we don't have all the facts, or faced with limited ways of proving something, instead of the alternative of making up conclusions for the sake of concluding, and choosing a side with an arguing hypothesis, based on limited information just to feel right. The prologue to this book is the freedom to say "I don't know" and that the following information is my opinionated interpretation based on observing how nature handles many of our life situations, as nature has seen it all, done it all, and has a proven unbiased process for it all without any influences. The natural elements are categorized as five debatable viewpoints, which there is no claim that this should be your viewpoint too, but rather the inspiration to begin your own journey of the truth, and to live your best life possible!

Download or read book Principles of Element Design written by Peter Rich and published by Routledge. This book was released on 2012-10-02 with total page 186 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The construction of buildings is learnt through experience and the inheritance of a tradition in forming buildings over several thousand years. Successful construction learns from this experience which becomes embodied in principles of application. Though materials and techniques change, various elements have to perform the same function. 'Principles of Element Design' identifies all the relevant elements and then breaks these elements down into all their basic constituents, making it possible for students to fully understand the given theory and principles behind each part. As all building projects are subject to guidance through the Building Regulations and British Standards, this book gives an immediate reference back to relevant information to help practitioners and contractors identify key documents needed. Book excerpt: MESSAGE OF HIS HOLINESS THE 14TH DALAI LAMA Recently, we conducted a research on a group of meditators, to study the changes in their body elements. The study was done in collaboration with American scientists, and it was discovered that after about three weeks of practicing meditation, their blood pressure had decreased, mind became clearer and calmer and it further reduced stress. There are many aspects of brain that are new to us and are yet to be explored. It is in fact very important to practice meditation to literally change our brain. We must be able to prove scientifically that love and compassion are necessities to maintain physical and mental wellbeing at both individual and social level. Modern science deals mainly with brain, leaving aside the aspect of ‘mind’. It is important to make efforts towards cultivation of moral ethics that is directly associated with mental aspect. In the ancient times, there was no connection between spirituality and science. Now we are all aware of the significance of the mental aspect, and we need to analyze and conduct scientific studies on the subject of consciousness. In Tibetan Monastic communities, there have been cases where certain realized practitioners were clinically declared dead but their bodies remained fresh for several days without any decomposition. There was a case in which the body of a monk who was declared brain dead not only remained fresh but also gained strength a couple of days after death. These cases need to be studied thoroughly, and in the course of analysis, the findings of the investigation and research as the fundamental principle must be embraced. Above is an excerpt from His Holiness’s address at the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Science in the capital of Uttar Pradesh state on the occasion of the 58th annual conference of the Neurological Society of India. His Holiness spoke on “Brain science and ancient Indian Buddhist thought”.

Book Synopsis Eco-Architecture V by : C.A. Brebbia
Download or read book Eco-Architecture V written by C.A. Brebbia and published by WIT Press. This book was released on 2014-09-24 with total page 649 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book contains the proceedings of the fifth International Conference on Harmonisation between Architecture and Nature (Eco-Architecture 2014). Eco-Architecture implies a new approach to the design process intended to harmonise its products with nature. This involves ideas such as minimum use of energy at each stage of the building process, taking into account the amount required during the extraction and transportation of materials, their fabrication, assembly, building erection, maintenance and eventual future recycling. Another important issue is the adaptation of the architectural design to the natural environment, learning from nature and long time honoured samples of traditional constructions. The papers in this book deal with topics such as building technologies, design by passive systems, design with nature, cultural sensitivity, life cycle assessment, resources and rehabilitation and many others. Also included are case studies from many different places around the world. Eco-Architecture by definition is a highly multi-disciplinary subject. Eco-Architecture V: Harmonisation between Architecture and Nature will therefore be of interest to, in addition to architects, many other professionals, including engineers, planners, physical scientists, sociologists and economists. Topics covered include: Design with nature; Energy efficiency; Building technologies; Ecological impacts of materials; Bioclimatic design; Water quality; Green facades; Ecological and cultural sensitivity; Education and training; Case studies; Design by passive systems; Adapted reuse; Life cycle assessment and durability; Transformative design; Sustainability indices in architecture.

Book Synopsis Elements of Visual Design in the Landscape by : Simon Bell
Download or read book Elements of Visual Design in the Landscape written by Simon Bell and published by Routledge. This book was released on 2013-03 with total page 230 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Public concern about the landscape, in particular its appearance, is increasing all the time. For those charged with managing, developing or conserving a wide range of landscapes it is a major task to take visual aspects into account. Elements of Visual Design in the Landsacpe presents a vocabulary of visual design, structured in a logical and easy to follow sequence. It is profusely illustrated using both abstract and real examples taken from a wide range of international locations together with cross referencing between related principles and case studies demonstrating how the principles can be applied in practice. The visual aspects of design have often been treated as 'cosmetic' and therefore not meriting attention or purely subjective and therefore open to personal preference. Few attempts have been made to explain how we see the landscape in any rational and structured way, and to demonstrate how visually creative design and management can be undertaken. This book aims to fill that gap.
