Download or read book Fierce Marriage written by Ryan Frederick and published by Baker Books. This book was released on 2018-04-17 with total page 221 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Ryan and Selena Frederick were newlyweds when they landed in Switzerland to pursue Selena's dream of training horses. Neither of them knew at the time that Ryan was living out a death sentence brought on by a worsening genetic heart defect. Soon it became clear he needed major surgery that could either save his life--or result in his death on the operating table. The young couple prepared for the worst. When Ryan survived, they both realized that they still had a future together. But the near loss changed the way they saw all that would lie ahead. They would live and love fiercely, fighting for each other and for a Christ-centered marriage, every step of the way. Fierce Marriage is their story, but more than that, it is a call for married couples to put God first in their relationship, to measure everything they do and say to each other against what Christ did for them, and to see marriage not just as a relationship they should try to keep healthy but also as one worth fighting for in every situation. With the gospel as their foundation, Ryan and Selena offer hope and practical help for common struggles in marriage, including communication problems, sexual frustration, financial stress, family tension, screen-time disconnection, and unrealistic expectations.

Book Synopsis 235 Love Tips by : M. Muzamal Naveed
Download or read book 235 Love Tips written by M. Muzamal Naveed and published by . This book was released on 2019-10-21 with total page 82 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: I could not believe it. Virtually everything I read was based on the basic principle: "If it feels good, do it" without worrying about whether it was good or not for your relationship or your organization. Almost all of these authors considered sex as something that gives immediate pleasure, not as something that creates intimacy. No wonder couples and marriages collapse so quickly. I read biographies and all available information about the authors (the "experts") of the fifty books I read. If I am satisfied that there are experts who live a marriage blossomed, it was not the case of those I have read the bios. These donors councils are former strippers or prostitutes, "therapists" sex who sleep with their clients, men and women who thank the dozens -when it is not contained of people who slept with them, the authors in committed relationships "open" and even some that promote orgies and swingers. Not exactly the kind of people I would accept advice on human relations. Virtually all the books I read included a chapter reassuring about the best ways to live safe sex or "safe sex." When I started reading these tips, I understood why, in the majority of these documents, 25 to 90% of what was written was immoral, unhealthy and, if applied, would result in contracting STD or worse. Not the kind of advice that allows you to build a close relationship. In fact, if you follow some of these tips, tricks and ideas, it would destroy certainly your current relationship and you make it very difficult to establish the fact that others in the future. ""Yet I thought it was my duty to write this book for you. After seeing all that was offered to those who, in good faith, wanted to improve sexual harmony in their relationship. I promise you that none of my advice is: vulgar degrading immoral perverts So if these ideas that I propose are used to improve the sexuality of a husband and wife who remain faithful (and medically healthy), there is virtually no chance to contract any disease whatsoever. If you do not follow my advice, get ready to catch at least one, considering that 25% of the adult population - in the USA for example, carries an STD (sexually transmitted disease). A much larger rate when considering the sexually active singles.""
