Many are tired of fighting the same fight and being dealt the same hand, and want God to hurry up and answer them. Time and time again we look to our external circle to find stimulation for an internal struggle, only to find ourselves looking back at the Eternal Answer to avoid a worst situation. The keys to success are written in every self help book and can be heard in speaking arenas around the world, but God wants us to listen to what He has to say. True success is not measured by the amount of money in your bank account or the number of people that follow a multi-million dollar empire-Change your thinking! Most millionaires and "successful" people still find themselves unhappy and spiritually dry and seeking for spiritual nourishment. We are charged to be different, and to show others that do not know the way how to reach their greatest potential and live a spiritually prosperous life. God is calling every man to him. The Lord has room in the kingdom for all willing to lose their life to earn eternal life and achieve spiritual prosperity. No matter if you want to be rich in favor, own a Fortune 500 company or just want to develop the position in your life right now, God wants to show you how to take where you are and use that to get to where you want to be.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This collection of essays ponders upon the intricate relations between the military and the spiritual from the Middle Ages to the present day. In order to analyse human attitudes towards conflicts, it is necessary to dwell upon the nebulous area where the religious and political spheres interweave so tightly that they become virtually impossible to distinguish. Indeed, despite remaining the responsibility of the state, the political decision to go to war depends heavily on some spiritual underpinning since, without a moral, ethical, or religious justification, it stands for gratuitous violence and is often equated with aggression. Situated as they are at the intersection of religious and political awareness, war sermons are an invaluable source of information regarding societies in times of conflict. Indeed, whether favourable or hostile to the waging of war, preachers participated in the edification of parishioners’ opinion. The writing, delivering or reading of sermons shaped the mental process of peoples who sought their ministers’ moral and spiritual guidance in times of crisis. This collection of essays offers contributions to the renewed debate on the function of war, its representations and its rhetoric as generators of identity.

Excerpt: ...the world took Him, as it has taken so many of His choicest treasures, through suffering and death into her life. And then having come to her and fastened His love upon her, He went away from her. He set up impracticable standards. He lived an apparently impossible life. The world was full of war, and He preached peace. The world was full of pride, and He was humble. The world was false, and He by every word and action said, "Be true." The world, looking at Christ, said, "We never can be that;" but more and more the world has become that; Christ first touching it by His love has little by little drawn it on into His character; and peace, humility, and truth are no longer vague dreams, but recognized ambitions, earnest hopes, here and there real attainments, among men. And so I ask an earnest Christian how he began to pray, when it first came to seem possible to him that he should forgive his enemy or live in the realized companionship of God? And his answer must be, "Christ, my Lord, having bound my life to His life, went there first and then drew my life after His. I saw Him pray. I heard Him speak forgiveness from the cross. I watched His feet treading close to God, and because I must be where He was, I left the old life and went with Him into the new. My love to Him was first the revealer of the higher possibility, and then the power of entrance into it. This is what I really understand by being saved by Christ's love. This is what it means, dear friend, when always you are urged to love Christ so that you may be saved. It is not that Christ stands jealously and arbitrarily and will not admit you to His privileges until you have certain feelings about Him. It is that only by loving Him can your life be so bound...
