Asimismo, estudia con exhaustividad la jurisprudencia emanada de las Audiencias Provinciales y del Tribunal Supremo, así como la doctrina que se infiere de los dictámenes del Consejo Consultivo de Andalucía, máxima autoridad jurídica en el ámbito de dicha Comunidad Autónoma. Finalmente, analiza los presupuestos básicos de la responsabilidad civil en su aplicación concreta a las hipótesis de omisión del consentimiento informado del paciente y las particularidades propias de cada una de las modalidades de responsabilidad a las que éste puede recurrir cuando es objeto de una actuación sanitaria desplegada sin la obtención de su previo consentimiento informado.
