O segundo capítulo tem como objetivo descrever como um programaespecífico de ensino reflexivo está sendo implementado numa rede particular de ensino de língua inglesa em São Paulo. Como esse programa teve inicio um ano após a implementação do gerenciamento da Qualidade Total (GQT) nessa instituição, tambémé importante descrever as características principais da GQT para compreender até que ponto este influencia a reflexão dos professores. Isso será feito na segunda parte deste capítulo. No terceiro capítulo pretendo apresentar e comentar dadosobtidos através de entrevistas que realizei com oito professores que trabalham nessa escola de língua inglesa.
