Adicionalmente a esto, la publicación establece las medidas aplicables en cuanto a la prevención de riesgos para los trabajos realizados bajo estas condiciones especiales, para que el acceso a las mismas se realice con la mayor seguridad posible. Así mismo, se realiza una explicación profunda de los medios de seguridad tanto individual como colectiva necesaria para minimizar los riesgos y evitar la aparición de accidentes y/o incidentes de importancia.
