La ricerca si basa su 24 interviste in profondità a lavoratrici e lavoratori impegnati nel volontariato, su due focus group con dirigenti aziendali per capire quale cultura organizzativa e quali misure di policy possano favorire la diffusione del volontariato di competenza e su tre studi di caso per comprendere se quest’ultimo possa essere promosso anche tramite il welfare aziendale. Il volume riporta i risultati principali dello studio ed è corredato da un inquadramento giuridico e fiscale di questa pratica sociale emergente nella legislazione italiana.
