This thesis unveils the history of Cleveland Heights, the Noble neighborhood, and Noble Elementary School; the feasibility assessment for Noble Elementary School based on Donovan Rypkema's Feasibility Assessment Manual for Reusing Historic Buildings; case studies and reuse examples that help determine possible reuse plans for Noble Elementary School; and final recommendations. Ultimately, the feasibility assessment is a relevant planning tool that can help preserve the school beyond the realms of historic designation.
