Book excerpt: In the beginning, there was no name for it. The act was lumped in with general anal sex and general strap-on sex. But perhaps seeing a hole that needed filling, an online contest was held to name the act. When the dust had settled, the word was clear and the world was changed. Pegging: A sex act in which the pegger anally penetrates the pegee with a strap-on dildo. Authors Cooper S. Beckett and Lyndzi Miller tackle all you've ever wanted to know about pegging. How do we do it? What are the right tools for the job? Does it actually feel good? I'm a straight guy, will pegging make me gay? They answer these questions and also talk about safety, male anatomy and the health benefits of being pegged. Beckett and Miller guide you through your experimentation with this most excellent act in a friendly and conversational fashion, showing you an in-depth look between the cheeks.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Pegging remains one of the most taboo erotic games for couples. The main explanation for this view comes from the almost systematic association with the world of the BDSM. Of course, it is difficult not to envisage a relationship where the man submits to the woman and where the latter suddenly incarnates a dominatrix. And we will also address this dimension in this book. Yet, it is absolutely not necessary to live this adventure. That's why we created this concept of loving pegging. Far from a relationship based on humiliation and enslavement, it emphasizes complicity and sharing to lead to an act where the couple really makes love. Of course, if you want to play such Domination/submission games, you can even within the loving pegging. This book proposes to discover what is hidden behind this very special sexual practice that allows the couple to live a unique experience and to reveal a little of what is normally found in the sexuality of the other, that one can in normal times only imagine or fantasize. This is one of the strangest power of pegging! Through the testimonies of our couple that will allow you to explore the gaze of the man and the woman at each stage of the book, it invites to know oneself better and to unlock what can be hidden in the head of both partners of this erotic games. If pegging is similar to sodomy, it has very specific dimensions. This is why our collection offers you not one but two volumes. The first mainly addresses the main difficulty to live the couple: how to convince your partner of erotic games to make you live it? And it will try to do so in the most harmonious way so that everyone can benefit from this experience. For this, our couple will give you in turn its testimony as a man and as a woman, so much to help you better understand what you are going to experience and what is happening in the other's head. This collection includes a second volume that will give you practical advice, always associating them with our testimonies in order to guide you as best as possible. It will do it step by step so as to enrich your pegging experience as you go along. Far from overlapping, the two approaches are complementary and will enrich both your point of view, your understanding and the possibilities offered by such an experience. And at the very end of the last page, each of these books will have no other mission than to make you want to live the highly exhilarating experience of pegging within your couple

Book excerpt: Following Spoiler Alert, Olivia Dade returns with another utterly charming romantic comedy about a devil-may-care actor—who actually cares more than anyone knows—and the no-nonsense woman hired to keep him in line. "An absolutely witty, swoon worthy behind the scenes romp! Delightful from beginning to end!"--Julie Murphy, #1 New York Times bestselling author of Dumplin' Alexander Woodroe has it all. Charm. Sex appeal. Wealth. Fame. A starring role as Cupid on TV’s biggest show, Gods of the Gates. But the showrunners have wrecked his character, he's dogged by old demons, and his post-show future remains uncertain. When all that reckless emotion explodes into a bar fight, the tabloids and public agree: his star is falling. Enter Lauren Clegg, the former ER therapist hired to keep him in line. Compared to her previous work, watching over handsome but impulsive Alex shouldn’t be especially difficult. But the more time they spend together, the harder it gets to keep her professional remove and her heart intact, especially when she discovers the reasons behind his recklessness…not to mention his Cupid fanfiction habit. When another scandal lands Alex in major hot water and costs Lauren her job, she’ll have to choose between protecting him and offering him what he really wants—her. But he’s determined to keep his improbably short, impossibly stubborn, and extremely endearing minder in his life any way he can. And on a road trip up the California coast together, he intends to show her exactly what a falling star will do to catch the woman he loves: anything at all.

It is written from a long years' experience in implementation projects and provides project managers and team members with the necessary know-how for a successful implementation project. The focus is on introducing modeling approaches and explaining the structure and interdependencies of systems, modules and entities of APO. Another concern is the integration with the R/3 system(s), both technically and from a process point of view. Since APO projects differ significantly from other SAP projects, some key issues and common mistakes concerning project management are covered.

Book excerpt: In 1800, shoes in the United States were made by craftsmen, each trained to create an entire shoe. A century later, shoes were mass-produced in factories employing dozens of machines and specialized workers. Ross Thomson describes this transition from craft to mechanized production in one of the largest American industries of the nineteenth century. Early shoe machinery originated through innovations made by shoemakers, tailors, and especially machinists. It continued to evolve through a process of "learning by selling," in which sales of one generation of machines led to technological learning and ongoing invention by those who used, serviced, and sold them. As a result of this process, the mechanization of the shoe industry and the manufacturers of the machinery it used -- including such firms as Singer and United Shoe Machinery -- evolved together. In researching the process of industrialization, Thomson examined nearly 8,000 patents. Comparing the patent information with directories for more than eighty American cities, he was able to find out who the inventors were, who employed them, how many patents they held, and the extent to which their inventions were used.
