Se você estiver estudando a teoria (fazendo um curso preparatório ou lendo resumos, livros ou apostilas), faça as questões correspondentes deste livro na medida em que for avançando no estudo da parte teórica. 3. Se você já avançou bem no estudo da teoria, leia cada capítulo deste livro até o final, e só passe para o novo capítulo quando acabar o anterior; vai mais uma dica: alterne capítulos de acordo com suas preferências; leia um capítulo de uma disciplina que você gosta e, depois, de uma que você não gosta ou não sabe muito, e assim sucessivamente. 4. Tenha atenção especial com as palavras "correto", "incorreto", "certo", "errado", "prescindível" e "imprescindível". 7. Leia os comentários e leia também cada dispositivo legal neles mencionados; não tenha preguiça; abra o vademecum e leia os textos de leis citados, tanto os que explicam as alternativas corretas, como os que explicam o porquê de ser incorreta dada alternativa; você tem que conhecer bem a letra da lei, já que mais de 90% das respostas estão nela; mesmo que você já tenha entendido determinada questão, reforce sua memória e leia o texto legal indicado nos comentários. 8. Leia também os textos legais que estão em volta do dispositivo; por exemplo, se aparecer, em Direito Penal, uma questão cujo comentário remete ao dispositivo que trata de falsidade ideológica, aproveite para ler também os dispositivos que tratam dos outros crimes de falsidade; outro exemplo: se aparecer uma questão, em Direito Constitucional, que trate da composição do Conselho Nacional de Justiça, leia também as outras regras que regulamentam esse conselho. 9. Depois de resolver sozinho a questão e de ler cada comentário, você deve fazer uma anotação ao lado da questão, deixando claro o motivo de eventual erro que você tenha cometido; conheça os motivos mais comuns de erros na resolução das questões: DL – "desconhecimento da lei"; quando a questão puder ser resolvida apenas com o conhecimento do texto de lei; DD – "desconhecimento da doutrina"; quando a questão só puder ser resolvida com o conhecimento da doutrina; DJ – "desconhecimento da jurisprudência"; quando a questão só puder ser resolvida com o conhecimento da jurisprudência; FA – "falta de atenção"; quando você tiver errado a questão por não ter lido com cuidado o enunciado e as alternativas
