The BESI is laid out in a logical way with clear written instructions for test takers. Once the barriers to employment are clearly identified, the BESI suggests ways to overcome them and helps test takers complete an action plan. The plan can be used in group or individual career counseling to deal with problems that are often overlooked in traditional approaches.
