Book excerpt: El projecte té com a finalitat dur a terme la implementació d'un mètode d'eficiència energètica en un habitatge. El mètode està format per dues parts. En la primera part es desenvolupen accions que impliquen un estalvi energètic en l'habitatge, és a dir, s'optimitza el consum energètic en climatització, il·luminació i electrodomèstics. En la segona part, una vegada s'hagi optimitzat el consum energètic en l'habitatge, es proposa recórrer a les energies renovables, en aquest cas energia solar tèrmica i fotovoltaica, amb la finalitat de fer-la autosuficient a nivell energètic. La participació de l'energia solar en l'habitatge no implica una reducció en el consum energètic, sinó que la deslliga de la dependència energètica dels combustibles fòssils. Com a últim pas es realitza un exemple d'aplicació del mètode desenvolupat. S'aplicarà el mètode íntegre en un habitatge unifamiliar (masia Serdet), situada a Vilanova i la Geltrú, amb la finalitat de demostrar la funcionalitat del mètode.

El presente proyecto se ha desarrollado implementado una instalación solar fotovoltaica buscando el recurso más óptimo, teniendo en cuenta el ahorro energético y el ahorro económico, para aumentar la eficiencia de las mismas y reducir las cargas económicas. Para poder realizar este proyecto se ha estimado la utilización de la metodología de la ISO 50001, que su finalidad es establecer un Sistema de Gestión Energética eficiente potenciando las oportunidades de ahorro y las energías renovables disponibles de cada proyecto diferente. Para concluir, se ha conseguido reducir un 85% del gasto económico y un 30% del gasto energético referente a la facturación eléctrica anual.

The nano-grating structures (such as triangular or conical shaped) have a gradual change in refractive index which acts as a multilayer antireflective coating that is leading to reduced light reflection losses over broadband ranges of wavelength and angle of incidence. There are different types of losses in solar cells that always reduce the conversion efficiency, but the light reflection loss is the most important factor that decreases the conversion efficiency of solar cells significantly. The antireflective coating is an optical coating which is applied to the surface of lenses or any optical devices to reduce the light reflection losses. This coating assists for the light trapping capturing capacity or improves the efficiency of optical devices, such as lenses or solar cells. Hence, the multilayer antireflective coatings can reduce the light reflection losses and increases the conversion efficiency of nanostructured solar cells.
