I have reported them to hundreds of government agencies in New York and throughout the United States. New York City law enforcement has drug dealers, and drug addicts follow me around constantly. The drug dealers and drug addicts that work for the police pretend they are with me. They also pretend to hand me things. New York City law enforcement and their civilian scam team cut my arms and put holes in my arms when I’m sleeping. I have never woken up once. I have been homeless for five years, so I can’t stop them from attacking and harassing me when I’m sleeping. I suspect New York law enforcement is using incapacitating agents on me when I’m sleeping. For example, one time I woke up, and two of my teeth were broken. New York City law enforcement and their civilian scam team leave hundred-dollar bills in the street for me to pick up. The reason is I never touch cash except to do my laundry. New York City law enforcement and their civilian scam team want to murder me with drugs. They had a bunch of girls try to hook up with me to set me up. I didn’t fall for it. They have a massive amount of people try to pick fights with me to get me in trouble. That didn’t work either. New York City law enforcement and their civilian scam team are trying to paint me as a drug addict. New York City law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team tear my clothes when I’m sleeping. They have vandalized my clothes and electronics hundreds of times over the years. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t have a criminal record. I’m a full-time student at Baruch College in Manhattan. New York City law enforcement has hired thousands of civilians around the tri-state area to run scams. They pick fights with people. They serve as witnesses. Book excerpt: Braithwaite's argument against punitive justice systems and for restorative justice systems establishes that there are good theoretical and empirical grounds for anticipating that well designed restorative justice processes will restore victims, offenders, and communities better than existing criminal justice practices. Counterintuitively, he also shows that a restorative justice system may deter, incapacitate, and rehabilitate more effectively than a punitive system. This is particularly true when the restorative justice system is embedded in a responsive regulatory framework that opts for deterrence only after restoration repeatedly fails, and incapacitation only after escalated deterrence fails. Braithwaite's empirical research demonstrates that active deterrence under the dynamic regulatory pyramid that is a hallmark of the restorative justice system he supports, is far more effective than the passive deterrence that is notable in the stricter "sentencing grid" of current criminal justice systems.
