Another Thrill comes when you use the planner to achieve goals that are important to you. You already know what those goals are, so I didn't put special pages in there for that. I wanted you to have actionable and trackable plans! The planner starts out with two pages of Weekly Meal Planner Each week is broken down by date, and of course again by Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Next comes three pages of Food Tracker so you can know exactly where you stand in your food consumption. It has columns for Date, Food, and then Protein, Carbohydrate, Fat and Calories. You can also use those blocks to add in your macros, if you are a "macro" sort of a person! Finally, there's a full-page, three-column grocery list.
