Personal note from the author: I encourage all Vietnam Veterans to write about their experiences. Those days and times are part of our lives and should not be forgotten. Unfortunately, many of us are dying without sharing these stories. My hope is that any Veteran who reads this book would be inspired to write about his or her own stories for their families, future generations and themselves. The exercise brings clarity and closure to that chapter of our lives.
