Los Programas de la Revolución como expresión genuina de la Batalla de Ideas, demuestran cómo contribuir al desarrollo de un país, a partir del alcance de una cultura integral de los miembros de la sociedad. Uno de esos programas lo constituye la Formación Emergente de Maestros Primarios. La investigación presenta un modelo de evaluación de impacto social de la primera etapa del Programa de Formación Emergente de maestros primarios, sustentado en referentes teóricos relacionados con el devenir histórico de la formación acelerada, emergente de docentes de la Educación Primaria en Cuba, las particularidades del proceso de profesionalización pedagógica, las características esenciales de la adolescencia como etapa del desarrollo de la personalidad en que se encuentran los jóvenes maestros y los componentes que aportan los modelos de evaluación (1936-2000) y evaluación de impacto (2000-2006). El modelo que se aporta refleja la relación esencial que se manifiesta entre la sistematización realizada por la Teoría de Educación Avanzada como parte de la Pedagogía Cubana acerca de la evaluación de impacto, el proceso de habilitación pedagógica intensiva y su impacto en el mejoramiento profesional y humano del maestro primario. El mismo modelo que se aporta se distingue por su carácter humanista-personológico, contextualizado, comunicativo-participativo, democrático-transformador y de fácil aplicación aplicación, lo que se pudo comprobar en la consulta realizada a los expertos y en su constatación práctica.
