Einleitung ,,Freitod wegen blauer Briefe Offenbar aus Verzweiflung über schulische Schwierigkeiten haben sich zwei 16 jährige Jungen aus Bad König im Spessart in einer Scheune in Bayern erhängt. Nach Angaben der Kriminalpolizei waren die in Königsdorf im Landkreis Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen aufgefundenen Schüler bereits seit mehr als zwei Wochen tot. Sie hatten sich Anfang Mai von ihren Familien abgesetzt und vermutlich einige Zeit in der Scheune gelebt. Die Kriminalpolizei geht davon aus, dass Schulprobleme das auslösende Moment für die Tat waren". Wie bei diesem erschreckenden Beispiel, gibt es viele weitere Vorfälle die in dem Extrem des Suizids enden. Sie bilden zum Glück die Minorität, doch die Begebenheiten von Stress und Mobbing in der Schule nehmen deutlich zu, nicht nur an Häufigkeit sondern auch an Intensität. Der Schulweg wird zu einer Qual und der Unterricht zur Hölle. Was beim Stillsitzen anfängt, ist eine ständige psychische Belastung der Schülerinnen und Schüler. Prüfungsangst, Angst zu versagen, seine Eltern zu enttäuschen, sich zu blamieren, keine Zukunft zu haben, Probleme mit Mitschülern, Unterdrückung, verbale und physische Gewalt sind nur ein paar Beispiele die Mobbing und damit einhergehend auch akuten Stress bei jungen Leuten bedingen. Sogenannter Schulstress, findet sich zunehmend schon bei Kindern im Grundschulalter. Gelingt es Ihnen dann nicht ihn zu bewältigen, kann es zu ernsthaften Schäden der jungen Psyche und Physis kommen. Um der Ausbreitung von Mobbing und Schulstress entgegenzuwirken, gibt es vielerlei Wege und Projekte. Einer davon ist das Schulfach Glück, dass seit 2007 an der Willy-Hellpach-Schule in Heidelberg unterrichtet wird. In dieser Hausarbeit wird untersucht, wo mögliche Ursachen für Mobbing und Schulstress liegen und wie sie sich bei den Schülern äußern. Diese Arbeit soll einen Überblick über das Thema geben. Deswegen wurde aus Gründen des Umfangs, nur eine begrenzte Zahl von Beispielen ausgewählt, die näher betrachtet werden. Kein Einzug in die Ausführungen finden Dispositionen auf Seiten der Schüler als Ursache für Stress, da nur äußere Faktoren untersucht werden. Als möglicher Lösungsansatz wird lediglich das Schulfach Glück angeführt. Diese Arbeit soll zeigen, inwieweit das neue Fach als Prävention oder Therapie gesehen werden kann.....
