"Wenn die Arbeit ein Vergnügen ist, wird das Leben zur Freude". Dieses Zitat von Maxim Gorki betont die Bedeutung, die das Wohlbefinden und die Zufriedenheit im Arbeitskontext aufweisen. Im Laufe der vergangenen Jahrzehnte hat sich der Wandel der Arbeitswelt von einer rein kapitalistischen Vorstellung von Erfolg und Karriere hin zu einem sinnerfüllenden und selbstverwirklichenden Lebensinhalt etabliert. Die Arbeit wird nicht mehr getrennt vom Privatleben gesehen, sondern bildet inzwischen eine wichtige Komponente für die persönliche Lebenszufriedenheit.
