W. R. Mason, sang hymn 835 and read 118 Psalm. Prayer was Offered by the vice-president, Rev. W. H. Shaw. The address of welcome was delivered by Elder A. B. Williams, which was 'responded to by the President. After which the, President announced that the Association was open for the transaction of business. On, motion, a committee was appointed to confei with the Supe1intendent oi the W. W. R. R. Co. To see if reduced rates could be Obtained fo1 the benefit 01 those having to pass over the road of said Company to attend the Association and to return home.
