Die abschließende Betrachtung hat das Ziel, ohne dabei zu viel vorweg zu nehmen, den restringierten Tenor aus der Aussage von Thilo Sarrazin zu entkräften. „Die sozialen Belastungen einer ungesteuerten Migration waren stets tabu, und schon gar nicht durfte man darüber reden, dass Menschen unterschiedlich sind – nämlich intellektuell mehr oder weniger begabt, fauler oder fleißiger, mehr oder weiniger moralisch gefestigt – und dass noch so viel Bildung und Chancengleichheit daran nichts ändert“ (SARRAZIN 2010). Es gibt viele Anlässe, die Bildungsstrukturen in Deutschland zu hinterfragen. Ein kreatives und innovatives Bildungssystem, dass für die Entwicklung und Veränderungen offen ist, korrespondiert mit seiner Umwelt. Im Mittelpunkt des pädagogischen Interesses stehen das Kind und der Jugendliche. Jede pädagogische Handlung sollte sich an den individuellen Voraussetzungen der jungen Persönlichkeiten orientieren. Bildungs- und Erziehungsprozesse bieten hier also nur ein Angebot für eine individuelle Entwicklung, hin zu einem aktiven und selbstständigen Teil der Gesellschaft. Wie ist vor diesem Hintergrund, das Zitat von Thilo Sarrazin zu verstehen? Die Textstelle legt die Vermutung nahe, dass es in Deutschland eine ungesteuerte Migration von intellektuell wenig begabten, faulen und weniger moralisch gefestigten Menschen gibt. Und dass darüber hinaus, an diesem Bestand weder Bildung noch Chancengleicht etwas verändern können. Den Gehalt dieser Aussage zu beleuchten und neutral einzuordnen ist der Kernpunkt der folgenden Hausarbeit.
