Avec les modèles conçus, nous procédons à l'étude de la commande vectorielle à flux rotorique orienté. Une analyse concernant la sensibilité des performances de commande face à la connaissance paramétrique de la machine étant le but principal. Des techniques de commande adaptative ont été abordées, tout en évitant l'identification en temps réel. Enfin, des méthodes d'identification paramétriques, déterministes et statistiques (maximum de vraisemblance) non linéaires, sont abordées. La validation des algorithmes conçus dans l'environnement MatLab / Simulink se fait par l'identification basée sur essais réels.

Etant une phase cruciale dans l'application des algorithmes de diagnostic, la modelisation de la machine asynchrone est proposee. Deux modeles mathematiques ont ete developpes: un modele classique, triphase et un biphase. Afin de surmonter les limites de ces modeles, un multimodele est concu. Celuici est le produit de quatre etapes consecutives qui sont: l'acquisition d'une base de donnees, la classification des donnees en des groupes, l'identification parametrique et structurelle des differents sous modeles, et finalement, la fusion de ces sous modeles pour la formation du multimodele. Une etude comparative entre trois methodes de modelisation a base de trois algorithmes de classification a ete realisee. Cette etude a permis de creer une nouvelle strategie de classification. L'application de l'approche multi-modele basee sur la nouvelle strategie de classification au diagnostic requiert la conception de deux types de multiobservateurs qui sont proposes et valides experimentalement a la machine asynchrone."

Nous introduisons, au début, sa commande vectorielle avec capteurs mécaniques. Ce chapitre se distingue par une nouvelle approche pour découpler les courants de la MADA conduisant à un calcul simplifié des correcteurs. Il se termine par une étude prouvant la robustesse du découplage et de la commande vis-à-vis des variations paramétriques de la machine. La commande robuste de la MADA, par l'approche H∞, est ensuite abordée en faisant une comparaison entre quatre stratégies de contrôle. Une étude par mu-analyse de la robustesse en stabilité et en performance offre un critère de choix du correcteur. A la fin, nous abordons la commande robuste de la MADA sans capteurs mécaniques en travaillant sur des méthodes d’estimation ou d'observation : MRAS, filtre de KALMAN et l'estimateur fréquentiel.

Développement d'une synthèse mixte H2/HÆ avec modèle de référence sur le modèle de la machine bouclée par linéarisation pour éviter l'influence des variations paramètriques. Comparaison de ces différentes solutions et implantation sur un banc expérimental. L'effort de prouver expérimentalement les apports des commandes synthétisées, a nécessité la mise en œuvre d'un banc d'essai complet avec variateur industriel, cartes " temps réel " et interface logiciel.

Book excerpt: Les algorithmes génétiques, la logique floue et les réseaux de neurones sont de plus en plus utilisés dans des domaines d'application très variés. Nous nous proposons de les étudier dans le cadre de l'identification et de la commande de la machine asynchrone. Plus particulièrement, nous utilisons les algorithmes génétiques afin d'identifier les paramètres du modèle dynamique de la machine. Des régulateurs, à base de logique floue et de réseaux de neurones, sont implantés au sein d'une commande vectorielle par orientation du flux rotorique. Est également abordée l'influence de la variation des paramètres sur le fonctionnement du système. Les défauts de structure de la machine asynchrone sont considérés dans le cas des ruptures de barres. Le diagnostic de ces défauts ainsi que leur influence sur le comportement de la régulation sont étudiés. Enfin, une amélioration de la commande vectorielle sans capteur mécanique est présentée ouvrant une voie vers les techniques intelligentes de commande. Ces dernières sont maintenant possibles compte tenu de la puissance sans cesse grandissante des processeurs. Un logiciel de simulation, développé dans le cadre de la thèse, a permis de mener une bonne partie des études présentées. Une attention particulière a été accordée à la partie expérimentale, seul garant de la faisabilité et de la validation de l'étude.
