Il y a bien quelque outrecuidance après cela à prétendre écrire, moi aussi, mon livre de recettes. Outrecuidance ou défi ? Le défi consiste à faire un livre de recettes, faisables par tous, appétissantes et délicieusement imparfaites. Faisables, ces recettes le sont. Je les ai toutes maintes fois éprouvées, elles fonctionnent à coup sûr. Appétissantes ? C’est mon photographe-goûteur qui a fait le travail. Avec pas mal de gourmandise, quelques acrobaties dans ma cuisine pour trouver la meilleure lumière, un peu de belle vaisselle pour la mise en scène, il aura fait au fil des ans des centaines et des centaines de photos de mes plats. Sans fard, avec juste de l’envie, pour donner envie. Délicieusement imparfaites ? L’un des problèmes du « fait maison », c’est que c’est imparfait, jamais aussi joli, aussi présentable et aussi stable que l’industriel... mais tellement meilleur au goût, tellement plus sain et généreux. Oui, si j’avais osé j’aurais appelé ce livre de recettes, mes « imparfaites »... Ce livre propose des recettes se voulant à la portée de tous, mais surtout délicieuses ! À PROPOS DE L'AUTEURE Anna Melloul est diplômée d’un Master II en Sociologie des Organisations (Université Paris Dauphine) et d’un CAP de cuisine. Elle a effectué une grande partie de sa carrière dans un grand groupe bancaire où elle a occupé des postes de cadre dirigeant et managé d’importantes équipes. Elle a quitté la banque en 2014 pour créer sa propre entreprise de traiteur à Paris et dans le Lubéron.
